Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Delaware County

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

A very comfortable stay and great value. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was very usable. There were plenty of plates and bowls, and enough pots and pans and sheet pans to make a basic meal, which isn’t always true. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was fast! Sheila was always quick to respond too. Would stay again.

Regina's place was clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and very convenient (5 minute walk) to Swarthmore shops, restaurants and campus. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Once we found and turned on the two AC units, the temperature was comfortable. Regina was a wonderful host. We had an oversized moving truck with us and she went out of her way to help us find a nearby parking spot. She greeted us when we arrived, and showed us how to get to the restaurant where we had made reservations. She told us about the Saturday market (also a short walk), which we were able to check out for a few minutes. Overall, a great stay and would not hesitate to book here again.

Very clean. Easy access. Quiet neighborhood. Host was helpful and accommodating. Parking was a big plus for us. Two bedrooms was also a nice positive.

Very clean, quiet, bright, simple unit on a pleasant side street. Well-furnished kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Easy off-street parking. No dining room table. No complaints, we'd be happy to stay here again.

This place had everything I needed and more. It was comfortable and had plenty of space. It also is a location that is close to downtown and easy to walk to/from. The dark chocolate peanut butter cups were a bonus that was much appreciated and the check-in; check-out process was easy making it easy to arrive later in the evening or whatever time. Absolutely will stay again.

Perfect spot for a family needing multiple bedrooms. My family was in Philly for a nearby wedding. This Airbnb is in an up and coming neighborhood with a coffee shop, brewery, and restaurant within walking distance. Although it’s located above a breakfast/lunch restaurant, it was quiet and private, especially in the bedrooms which are in back. The kitchen and living room made for a great place to hang out with takeout food. We really enjoyed breakfast downstairs at Taylor’s and were pleasantly surprised that Si had left a gift card. Parking was easy with clear instructions from Si. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to book. Easy to check in. No issues with our stay. Everything worked. Comfy beds. Shower had good pressure and temp. Easy to park. Overall it worked out very well for our trip to Philly. Thank you!

Aaron's place was a perfect little cottage for a weekend away. Aaron provided easy instructions to get in and it was easy to navigate even in the dark. The cottage was clean, neat and bigger than we expected. The extra double sink area is great, especially with girls. The area is very quiet and very close to anything you may need. We would stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend.

We rented this house for our family and the bridal party for our daughter's wedding. Fit us so well! It exceeded our expectations. Carol and her husband Steve were really great when a storm rolled through and took out the power for 24 hours. They were in communication with us and set up a small generator so we could still use a few things. We would absolutely rent with them again.

This beautiful home exceeds expectations inside and out. The inside matches the building’s historiy yet is up to date. The grounds and porches are well landscaped and peaceful with great furnishings. The area is totally walkable around the neighboring campus or to a charming, active downtown. Can’t say enough about Troy’s hosting. He was immediately reachable by phone and patient when we locked ourselves out. He anticipated our needs and at the same time went out of his way to give us privacy We look forward to returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage in Manayunk. Heather is a great host: she was so helpful and very responsive to our questions. The cottage was charmingly appointed, comfy and very clean. The dedicated parking space was a big plus. Nice neighborhood, and it is an easy walk down to Main St. (but not as easy walking back, lol). We were visiting for a family event, and everyone who saw our place wanted to come back and stay there on their next trip to Philly!

Great 3 night stay. Perfect for traveling with dogs. The fenced back yard is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan to eat in. Very clean and well maintained property.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jeneene's home. Jeneene was exceptionally communicative, responsive and thoughtful, including leaving a sweet congratulatory note to our daughter (who was graduating), providing local recommendations specific to our needs, and allowing us late check out. The property was exactly as described and was warm and welcoming. Thank you Jeneene for sharing your home!

When I called him the day before we left we had a pleasant brief conversation. He asked me what brought us to the area and I told him that it was my son’s 6th birthday and that he loved the Franklin institute. After an arduous trip leaving NYC. We finally arrived and were so amazed by the peaceful vibe of the place. And then we got in and opened the fridge and there was a birthday cake with a candle for my son!!! We were just stunned. In a world where it feels like everyone is just trying to out-mean each other, Jack and his peaceful home are just a rare and wonderful find.

Great property for an active family on the road.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️

Super cute spot in a great neighborhood—extremely walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. For Philly it was a relatively good price and an all around good value. We would definitely stay again, especially as the location was near to our good friend!

Really nice place with a great vibe and atmosphere. The interior was clean and well-maintained. As expected for a city location, parking isn’t the easiest—street parking is limited and can be a bit of a hassle. However, there’s a budget-friendly parking garage about a 10-minute walk away, which was a great find and made things much more manageable. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit, just plan ahead for parking if you’re driving in.

Nicely designed lower lever of the house with just 6-7 steps down, easy access from the driveway in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the kitchen with a gas stove, good quality stainless steel cooking pots, full size fridge and nice window overlooking flowers in the backyard. Also bathroom has a large hotel quality shower and plenty of extra towels. Bedrooms had extra blankets, pillows and sheets.The only thing I wished was, that the beds were firmer, but if you like soft mattresses you are going enjoy the place. Thank you Kitty for letting us to stay at your lovely apartment.

Nikhil was an outstanding host: Top-tier responsiveness; Great communication; Flexible; Proactive; Clearly very thoughtful in in so many of the choices taken in preparing a place for guests to feel comfortable and cared for like wireless chargers, diverse lighting, extra towels and toiletries. Really enjoyed the unique setup and will want to stay there again. Even parking was incredible: Free only 20 feet from the rear entryway. Free parking in any city is a real bonus! Thanks Nikhil for accommodating a great last-minute stay at your cool place!

Danni's place is five stars all around! It is spacious, family-friendly, and immaculately clean with everything that you would need for a relaxing stay to feel like you are right at home. Great linens, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen if you decide to cook a few meals during the stay (thank you for the snacks!). Danni's home is super walkable--within a few blocks from great restaurants and shops, as well as some of the top sights in the city, yet still quiet and peaceful. The rooftop view is stunning! Danni is one of the best hosts I've encountered. She responded to all questions instantly, provided flexible check-in/check-out arrangements, and made my out-of-town guests feel at ease. She was extremely accommodating and did a great job anticipating the needs of her guests. No need to look further--book Danni's place before someone else does!
