Eric’s place was everything shown in the picture but you don’t get the cozy feel until you get there. The kitchen and dining space allowed my guests and I to cook for multiple meals and actually enjoy sitting together at the table. I have a disability and having a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom level was ideal for my comfort which allowed me to be social and not worry about repeatedly climbing steps.

Tight street and a bit beat up in a few parts but clean and roomy and great hosts

It was a large unit. It fit a family of 7 with a small child without a problem. There are a lot of stairs. Parking can be little expensive. Easy to walk to restaurants and Historic sites. It felt like a very safe neighborhood. On a low traffic street so traffic noise was not too bad. Reasonably well equipped. There was a bathroom on every level.

We love staying at Stormy's place. It is quaint, charming, quiet, well-equipped and very comfortable. It is also filled with beautiful art. Love having an outdoor patio in the back for breakfast or journal writing. The street is exceptionally quiet which is a precious commodity in a big city and great for sleeping. Nearby are a variety of trendy eateries, including a French cafe for breakfast. Stormy is lovely, a warm and welcoming host and a good communicator. We have stayed several times and will be back. We stayed here for a quick weekend to see a Phillies game and explore the area. It was located very close to a subway station and local eateries, so it was extremely convenient! Tuan was a proactive host who provided great instructions for helping us access the home and understand the regulations around parking, which can be particularly tricky in this location. Even though the parking was limited and the streets were narrow, we felt prepared and confident in navigating the area thanks to Tuan’s communication beforehand! Would definitely stay here again for future trips!

GREAT space, warm and inviting, in a friendly walkable neighborhood. Samantha was a 'superhost' in the truest sense of the word, incredibly responsive and very accommodating and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Spacious and great location! Great location just outside Chinatown. Quiet neighborhood. Large apartment with plenty of space - 2 floors, two bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms. There are two shared living room spaces with plenty of room to hang out together. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal and a dishwasher. Washer/Dryer was great to have as well. We rented this place for 4 adults and it could easily fit 10-12 given the queen/double beds, big couches, and air mattresses provided. Quirky plumbing and washer/dryer but owner shared this, there were signs in the apt to indicate this, and this posed NO issues at all for using the bathrooms or washing clothes. Have to find parking but if you can't on the street there's multiple options for cheap paid parking around the corner. Hosts are great and provided detailed clear information about the place and were very responsive to questions. We really lucked out with this place and would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Location! Location! Perfect place for 2 surrounded with, restaurants, grocery store, park and even pet shop nearby! Fun activities and farmers market on weekends at nearby Rittenhouse Park. We stayed almost a month and the Joseph did his best to accommodate us. He immediately responded to all our requests/questions. I would definitely recommend his home!

This adorable little house was a great place to stay in Philadelphia! It's on a peaceful block, but also walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Everything was as described and easy to find. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our purpose. Son and father attending track meet at Franklin Field. Great location walking distance to field. Coffee shop steps outside the door of this rental. Lucy was perfect communicator as I had questions. We will look to book here first!

I stayed at Ryan’s place with my husband and our friend for a concert/long weekend. We loved that it was centrally located to subways while also being in a quiet area. Ryan was so helpful and responsive which I appreciated very much! Communication, guidelines, and instructions were all friendly and clear. The Airbnb was clean and comfortable. The small outdoor area was such a nice touch as well! We all looked forward to ending our night there after lots of walking every day. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Philly!

This place was as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. Communication was easy and the place itself was situated in a great part of the city. We had a rental car and never had to circle the surrounding blocks for more than 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others.

Scott’s place is exactly as described. Stairs are definitely not for anyone with an aversion to heights or a mobility issue; other than that the place was perfect. The host was exceptionally kind and communicative. He offered to let us drop our bags early since we arrived in town before the official check in. The batteries died in the tv remote and he had replacement sent to us within 20 minutes. I have stayed in a large number of Airbnb’s around the country. This was, by far, the most hospitable stay I’ve had. Great location, comfortable and stylish unit, fantastic host—I couldn’t ask for more.

Heather was amazing and communicated so well with all questions we had. Great recommendations & the home was beautiful and had so much amazing history. It was in a great area with so many great locations to stop by. I could not recommend it more.

As we came up the steps and into main level of John’s house- all we could say was “Wow”! It was just as the photos showed , but seeing it in person took it to the next level. From the high ceilings to impeccable styling we felt like we hit the jackpot! I spend probably way too much time researching the Airbnb’s we stay in, but usually it pays off as it did in this visit to Philly. We appreciated the comfort and just right styling of the house, the attention to detail, and the fact that John subtly honored the origins of the building as a shoe factory. The home was spacious and clean, and the floor plan was perfect.Having a 3rd bathroom on the main level was a bonus and made it so easy for the four of us to all get ready at the same time as we were in town for a wedding. The neighborhood was charming and we found our daily coffee shop(Coffee Zeit) and a walk up pastry shop (Tartes) just around the corner.The choc. crème brûlée tarte was amazing. Thanks for such a great experience John!

We really enjoyed our weekend! The house was beautiful and well appointed. Niko was very responsive and was nice enough to let us check in early which was extremely helpful. There were muffins, fruit, eggs and beverages waiting when we arrived. So very helpful to not have to run to the store. There were many great restaurants in the area and we enjoyed every meal. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful with plenty of places to walk to if desired. This was the perfect location for four high school friends to relax and catch up. We Would definitely recommend staying here!

Staying at their house was a nice quiet experience. I traveled down with my family for a hockey tournament, they were very helpful and accommodating. It was everything we needed and some. Great location, close to a bunch of resturants but also has a great kitchen if just want to stay in and cook. If we travel back to the area, I will definitely be contacting them again!

We loved Maria’s house and her as a host! Very helpful and friendly! Parking is easier during the daytime. Location is great very close to the Art Museum and several other museums. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place, super well situated, near highway, waterfront and at walking distance from many sites. The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful. Simone was quick to reply and we had a very comfortable stay at this airbnb. You can easily hear the neighbors but they did not bother us. I would definately rent this place again. I highly recommend. Private parking is a must because parking in the streets looked like a nightmare! Great stay!

This home is even more beautiful in person. It’s well stocked, very comfortable, and in an excellent location for exploring Kennett Square. It was easy to walk to KHS graduation and The Creamery afterwards!

My girlfriends & I stayed here and had such a lovely time! The gathering space on the first floor is open and spacious, which made it a great spot to hang out all together, and the overall design of the house was very unique and just super cool ! Highly recommend !
