Everything was exactly as described! My teen daughter and I stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful time with absolutely no issues. The parking pass for the garage across the street was such an added plus! The whole area felt safe and secure- the sweet shop below was AMAZING. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. As I read in other reviews before we booked- the cars on the street do get a little loud at night, but we are headphone sleepers so it wasn’t an issue for us. Can’t think of anything the host could possibly do about that! lol I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean, nice, and easy! Thank you Jenny! This was a great memory my daughter and I will have forever!

Wonderful space to have a quiet weekend away. The space is beautiful and very inviting. Heather was extremely responsive and offered some great dog-friendly restaurants within walking distance. We loved having the park across the street and the rooftop deck was a great bonus! Would definitely recommend the Fox Den!

The small apartment was perfect for my needs. Very quiet and peaceful. Great neighborhood with well kept homes. Paul was an excellent host that made accommodations for my earlier arrival. He was also very responsive and recommended walkable food/drink spots. The unit was impeccably clean. Would absolutely stay here again in my next trip to DC.

Chris' place was exactly as described and pictured. We enjoyed the great location and cleanliness of the unit. Very easy check in to both the building and unit itself. Provided coffee was very good! Chris was very quick to respond and helped tremendously with a few special requests.

The host and co host are phenomenal communicators!! The place is clean and has overall good access to the sights of DC!! 100% would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in DC with a small group worth every penny!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage in Manayunk. Heather is a great host: she was so helpful and very responsive to our questions. The cottage was charmingly appointed, comfy and very clean. The dedicated parking space was a big plus. Nice neighborhood, and it is an easy walk down to Main St. (but not as easy walking back, lol). We were visiting for a family event, and everyone who saw our place wanted to come back and stay there on their next trip to Philly!

We enjoyed our stay. Considering how close it was to the beach, the house was a great deal. Probably the best value for an AirBNB I've ever stayed.

Martha’s little gem cottage was perfect for our weekend stay! Everything was as described. The beds were so comfy and the house was pristine! We were even able to meet the lovely neighbors across the street and learn about their little farm. Morning coffee on the back patio was a great way to get the day started; very peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!

This is a very family friendly home and beach. The beach was very close and so private. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. The way the house was divided into three living spaces on each floor was really great for our situation. There were so many amenities, such as the kayaks, the fishing poles, and the bikes. I also really liked how the kitchen was well stocked, which made it feel very homelike. The host was very responsive - within 10 minutes, even late at night. Area is nice & close to Rehoboth boardwalk, about a 30 minute drive. This is my first time in a northern East Coast beach, and it was really great. It was a bay, so there were not a ton of waves, which worked out well for our kids. But for a bay, it did seem really close to open ocean as well, so I didn’t feel like we were missing out. There was so much wildlife in the area. We saw stingrays, dolphins, sharks, and of course, horseshoe crabs. Recommend 100%. Bring bug (mosquito) spray - only negative. Will stay again!

We were originally planning on staying 2 nights, but had to shorten our trip / stay to 1 night, due to a family emergency. The home was easy to find, and instructions from David were very clear and precise. Conveniently located, with lots of restaurants, supermarket, etc within walking distance. Parking was also very secure and convenient. The only thing we were not too happy about was that the 3rd bedroom, was not really a bedroom, but a common area converted in to a bedroom (queen bed) with a half wall, as mentioned on the listing.

We loved our stay at Oasis Stone Harbor. They have everything! Bikes, games, a fantastic back yard and close proximity to the beach, it’s perfect.

What an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was above and beyond my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable—truly a home away from home. The attention to detail was so thoughtful—plush towels, a well-stocked kitchen, cozy blankets, and even local snacks and coffee to welcome me. The host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and clearly cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. They provided clear check-in instructions and great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything I needed. I left feeling rested, relaxed, and already thinking about when I can come back. If you're considering booking this place—do it! One of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had.

We stayed here for the week with our family and loved everything about it. Can't beat the ocean views, beach access and resort-like amenities that come with the building. We were not expecting the poolside service from the Jolly Jellyfish restaurant and bar while at the pool, nor the live music each afternoon/evening! But it was nice to see everything shut down at a family-friendly time and everything was well-run and clean. The indoor pool with hot tub and sauna was also a great perk, nice and quiet to retreat to when sun and sand was too much for our littles. The condo itself was also a lovely retreat, very well appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable!

Nice condo in the heart of Dewey Beach. Great to be in short walking distance to beach, bay, and several restaurants and bars.

It was truly the perfect location to stay for my son’s wedding which was at the Hyatt Place right next door! An amazing experience all around from the beautiful beach decor, lovely views of the bay & ocean & convenience of walking everywhere in Dewey! The condo was clean, nicely furnished & had a well-equipped kitchen to make us feel right at home. The host was very welcoming & quick to respond to any questions we had. The wedding venue was beautiful and our stay here made the weekend even more special! It will always be one of my favorite memories.

The place was amazing and clean. Ryan and Christine are so sweet. We loved the Nassau and the condo in general. The location was perfect for walking to the boardwalk or local dining and of course the beach. We will be back. Thank you.

Erika’s place is located on beautiful waterfront in a safe neighborhood. The place was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a great vacation! Erika is very responsive and welcoming. We and our pup appreciated all the extras. The outdoor patio and dock were very peaceful. No better place for morning coffee and evening crabbing! We’ve been coming to OCMD/Fenwick Island for over 20 years. We will definitely be back to Erika’s Bungalow!

Stayed for a basketball tournament and it was easy to and from all locations. The place was very cozy and clean. The couch was very comfortable and Mary has put a lot of thought into all of the items and accommodations. We utilize the linen package which was worth it. Would definitely stay again next year. Great view of the ocean, easy access in and out, close off street parking for another vehicle. Management was also very friendly.

Fantastic family place, super clean, amazing balcony, nice amenities, just carpool to save on parking and earlier check in/later checkout would be better (our bad — we should have asked the host)
