This private 1 bedroom oasis is located On a private 103 acre estate. It has a full kitchen, dining room, fireplace and seating area. Feel free to enjoy the grounds during your stay; gardens, aquatic gardens, woodland trails. You may run into Henry; 1 of our resident peacocks. Also see our chickens and turkeys in the Poultry Palace. We do have 2 dogs as well, a chocolate lab and a boxer. Your morning will start with a delivery of fresh squeezed orange juice, croissants, fruit and yogurt.

Gettysburg Mini Farm

A quiet mini farm just outside historic Gettysburg. Private entrance. Living area, full kitchen stocked with condiments and breakfast items. One bedroom with queen bed and twin daybed with trundle. We currently have chickens, an apiary and alpacas. We sometimes have cows. TV works with dvd's. we have some feel free to bring your own. SLOW internet, but the best we can get here. Some phones do not work very well out here. Only 15 minutes from downtown Gettysburg but we are far from services.

Retro Retreat

Retro Retreat will offer you a quiet place to stay where you can enjoy the surrounding farmland with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The camper is in the back of our property where we live. Outdoor seating, a fire ring, and a grill are available for your use along with an indoor kitchen that will be stocked with continental breakfast foods. There is a queen (CAMPER) bed, and the table can be lowered for additional sleeping space. It has a bathroom with shower as well as heating, and AC.

There’s no kitchen but a breakfast station with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator is in the suite. Silver Spring downtown is only 2 miles away with plenty of authentic restaurants and interesting local breweries. Experience DC by staying in this 100-year old row house, in the heart of Columbia Heights! Ask me about my famous waffles! 15-min walk away from the Metro stops (Columbia Heights or Shaw). The house has the basics, and is clean, with a comfy foam queen bed and a couch. It is about a mile and a half from Dupont Circle, 10 blocks from the Zoo, 2 miles from the White House and all the museums on the National Mall. We are in an urban neighborhood, this place is not for light sleepers
