Holiday rentals with a patio in Del Rey Oaks

we had a lovely stay here! felt very peaceful up in the trees! local recommendations were great. would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Loved our stay at this little apartment near the sea! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with towels, linens, and other amenities in case we forgot something. The washer and dryer were helpful after a long day at Refuge in Carmel (we took a dip in all the thermal pools). Kevin was so lovely and checked in on us and offered great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

The unit is well appointed with a full kitchen and two en-suite rooms. Heating and AC available and with a lovely fire place. The location is unbeatable. With parking space onsite and close to supermarkets restaurants and yet still quiet at night. Very clean and clean towels and linens. Will stay here again for our next visit to Carmel by the sea.

Cute and clean in-law apartment located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to local hot spots. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly when questions arose. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Santa Cruz!

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! We absolutely loved our stay at the Pringle family house! The home itself was so bright and cozy. The backyard was beautiful. There were so many bright flowers all around the yard. We even got to enjoy a small quail family that visited daily:) So cute! We recommend this house for any future visitors!

What an amazing little house! I took my mom on vacation and it was the perfect size for the two of us. Comfortable furniture and beds, tvs in both bedrooms, plenty of spices in the kitchen, and the fridge was even stocked with bottled water. It’s touches like that really go a long way. The home was close to the main roads but still so private and peaceful. The house was very clean, host was very clear and helpful, and we couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to stay here again next time I visit.

Vic and Leanne's place is great! We've stayed there several times, and will be back, I'm sure. It's clean, quiet, nicely furnished, and comfortable, with a very well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen and appliances are new and nicely done. Plenty of local coffee for the coffee maker. Vic and Leanne are friendly, helpful, and responsive. Recommended!

Great place to stay - nice walks along the coast and just a few miles from Cannery Row. The place was very clean and has you feeling just like home. Would love to stay again in the future.

This was our second stay at the Endless Summer home - our first visit was with a group of friends, and this time we returned as a family with our toddler. The home truly has something for everyone, whether you’re traveling with friends or with kids. It’s clear the space is well-loved and thoughtfully cared for. The location is unbeatable, and we’re especially grateful to Ellen and her co-host for making the home so welcoming for our little one. It was thoughtfully equipped for a toddler, and walking in felt like a warm, familiar greeting. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Beautiful property for families and friends alike! The large deck with games and a hot tub let's you really relax and take in the Carmel Valley views. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our needs. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Carmel Valley!

Our favorite part was the walk to the expansive beach. The resort is very nice, and the condo was great.

Spacious unit right on the beach. Great view from dining area while enjoying morning coffee. Direct access to beach or boardwalk for walks with the dog. Easy access to all activities in Monterey county. This could become an annual retreat goal.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We were especially delighted to find chopsticks, which totally made our day since we were planning to have ramen and thought we’d have to use forks! The view from the condo is stunning, like something out of a movie, and it was such a treat to have easy access to the beach. Watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything, from check-in and check-out to using the washer. The check-in process with the gate attendant was smooth and made us feel extra secure. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed at several Airbnbs along Route 1, and this one was undoubtedly the best. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful time at this Seascape 1 bedroom unit. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. It was well stocked with everything you need. Tyler was very responsive when I needed help with the television remote control. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in the area.

David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David! We stayed here with our 3-year-old son and all had a wonderful time! The unit we were in was exceptionally clean, quiet, and even had a small view of the ocean! The playground, pool, and beach were all right outside our door and were the highlight of our stay. Trader Joe’s and Target were less than 10 minutes away which was great too. It was a perfect spot to stay as we ventured through Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Although, the condo was so relaxing we easily could have just stayed put the entire time! Would definitely love to come back! Thanks for being such a great host and for the excellent communication and quick responses!

Sean’s Seascape Beach resort condo is all that was advertised and more. Very comfortable, well -decorated, and clean, with all necessities thoughtfully provided, including beach towels, a very convenient stacked WD located upstairs, and a water filtering pitcher in the fridge! The icing on the cake was access to the Seascape Beach Resort’s Sports Club for yoga, swimming, exercise classes, tennis clinics, and pickleball, all for a VERY reasonable day membership fee. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.
