This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Please consider booking our 1 bedroom unit on this property.

Perfect place to relax in this quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood only 10 minutes from Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Cannery Row. Equipped to not only be a sanctuary to relax, but also has all the amenities to entertain. Fully stocked kitchen and family friendly. A 4-hole putting green and chipping area along with an outdoor tv and appropriate seating. An open concept living room and kitchen make this a must-stay. Fully remodeled in 2021, the house is a show-stopper. The reviews tell it all :)

Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. We enjoyed our stay at Joanna & Jaden’s place with our toddler! They provided a highchair, pack n play and plates/cups/utensils for our little one which was super convenient for our stay. The place was extremely clean and beautifully decorated and looked exactly like the pictures! We loved the spacious backyard and the location was great. It was a quick drive to all the places on our list! Joanna & Jaden were very kind and responsive since the beginning of my booking. I had a few questions about their space and they quickly answered and eased my concerns. We had no issues staying at their place but it is a duplex where you share walls with the long term tenants next door. We could hear them walking/talking during our stay - again it wasn’t an issue but we did feel like we needed to keep our little one as quiet as possible to not disturb the tenants next door. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this place for your next trip to Monterey/Carmel.

The Santa Cruz A-frame was such a serene retreat into the mountains for us, and an antidote to our overly digital and urban lives. Things we appreciated: easy parking, both an upstairs and downstairs bathroom, full kitchen supplies, private balcony, gorgeous forest views, creek in the back, and easy access to Loch Lomond (peddle boating on the lake was so peaceful), the redwood state park (hiking in the largely shaded trail was great on an otherwise sunny day), and local groceries and food (enjoyed the cute outdoor patio in the back of The Grove cafe and bakery). We had a wonderful rest!

A very nice home for a stay with a moderately sized family. Very good walkable restaurants from the house. A very short drive away from the aquarium, felt very safe with the kids playing in the yard it was enclosed.

We had a fantastic stay at Andy and Jen's place with our group of 8 (7 adults and 1 toddler) who flew into CA from all over. The home is in a great location for visiting Monterey and Carmel (10-ish minutes to the aquarium), and was the perfect landing spot for us to all have our own space as well as time together. When we travel together, we like to eat in some (rotating responsibility for meals) and eat out at local spots. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking for groups (pots, pans, dishes, bowls, kid dishes, hand mixer, blender, muffin tins, measuring cups and spoons, spice rack, even some canola oil and syrup, etc.) The muffin tins & blender are new, as I had messaged Andy and Jen before to ask if those were in the home. They didn't previously have them, but they kindly responded they would order them and have them for our meals. Their communication and responsiveness was fantastic, and we just had the best time staying at their home. Book this home; you won't regret it!
