I stayed for a month and a half, and thanks to Cleb’s thoughtfulness and care, I had a very comfortable stay. There’s a tram stop right in front of the house that goes directly to the city and Box Hill, and everything you need is close by—shops and restaurants within walking distance, a Woolworths and library about 10 minutes away. When I first arrived, the place wasn’t properly cleaned, which was a bit surprising. But Cleb was very helpful and made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned, so there were no issues after that.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. It’s equipped with everything you need—an oven, dishwasher, vacuum, washing machine, dryer, and more—making the stay very convenient. There’s a separate entrance to the lobby, which made me feel safe, and a designated parking spot, which was also very convenient. The only downside was that the apartment didn’t get much sunlight, so it was a bit dark. But other than that, it was a perfect place to stay.

It was a wonderful stay with both Elisabeth and Len! Their house was clean, tidy and pleasing, loved all the little personal touches in their home. The space was just as lovely as the hosts, who were kind and helpful. We felt very welcomed throughout, and they even went out of the way to prepare extra blankets, food and even a personal guide on things to do around the area/in Melbourne. That was especially useful and we appreciate it! Definitely highly recommend to stay here if you wanna feel right at home 🥰

I really enjoyed my stay at Kate’s. The place was in a great location, peaceful and had access to public transport close by to go into cbd or other neighbourhoods. The house was clean and my room had everything I needed. Kate was a perfect host, she helped me with suggestions about the city and made sure my room was always warm when I came back at night. She was also lovely to talk to, we had some really interesting conversations, and I enjoyed connecting with her during my stay.

Fabulous spacious apartment with an excellent design that allows for cooking, dining, seperate lounge space, two generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Set up very nicely and beds were comfortable and clean. Great heating and very functional kitchen. Easy to come and go from as well. The hosts were super responsive and ensured we knew how to use the space and clarified any questions quickly.
