Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Deep Creek Lake

We had a great time at Olivia’s place this weekend. She was very descriptive and friendly. The home is spacious and located near very private golf course and tennis courts which our party used every day. Close to deep creek amenities. Only issue we had was the grill had a massive birds nest (NOT the fault of the hosts) so we didn’t get to grill, but Olivia’s husband called me personally to troubleshoot solutions. Nice place, had everything we needed, definitely would return.

Great stay, beautiful view of the lake. House was spacious and clean. Karen responds very quickly and even let us check in slightly early as we were traveling with two babies, which was much appreciated!

10/10 visit! We had an amazing weekend here and would absolutely love to come back. It was the perfect spot with much to do and lots of fun to be had both inside and outside of the house. David was also very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process.

Andrew and Knotty Dog Lodge were awesome. Very accommodating and responsive. The area is beautiful with a ton of stuff to do. We played disc golf, fished and used their wiffle ball equipment. The hot tub was great as well. Being the last house in the street, we had a lot of privacy and a great amount of space. This was our second time at this location and we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here - it was a good value for what we paid and very convenient for driving to Deep Creek and Oakland attractions. Jose was a very responsive and helpful host.

the Ferndale was a great house in the Timber Rock rental community! Super dog friendly, fire pit, hot tub and dock slip access. everything you need for a lake house getaway. The house is in great condition, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are spacious. I definitely recommend The Ferndale or any other Timber Rock Village home.

My family and I loved our stay. the host was very responsive to a few things we needed assistance with. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. Great place to hangout and relax for a long weekend. Thank you for the hospitality!

This was a fantastic experience and stay for our families. We had four small children under six and they absolutely loved all the amenities. The outdoor projector was easy to use and we had great instructions on how to set it up. The slide going from the deck down to the first level was extremely popular, and the fire pit and hot tub were very nice in the evenings. I was really happy about how clean the place was. The kitchen was also very well stocked - i’ve stayed at other Airbnbs that did not have cooking basics, but this cabin had everything that we needed to cook and prep, and also clean up. The location was great as well. We were able to easily drive to popular hiking spots and hit restaurants and grocery stores that were close by. We will definitely stay here again! The house was beautiful and so was the setting. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very spacious. The only thing disappointing was there was 8 of us and we brought steaks to grill. As nice as the house was , I was shocked at the tiny table top grill. We ran out of the small propane bottles as there were only two that were half full. I would recommend a full size grill for a house advertised as accommodating 11 people. Other than that everything was great!!

Great way to spend a few days winding down. The lake was close to the house. Our dogs enjoyed a morning swim and a nice long walk on the trails to dry off and release some energy.

Was in WV for our daughters graduation in Morgantown from WVU was a little bit of a drive but it was a great fit for us and our group. Would definitely recommend and are considering going back for just vacation.

My family has stayed at several cabins over the years and this one by far was one of the best! Literally everything you could ever need was provided. The consideration and care put into this Airbnb felt like a home. Generous furnishings and supplies were available and it was close to some markets if you needed anything. We also liked how dog friendly the listing was. The cabin and surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. Very clean. Would love to come stay again if we have the opportunity to.

We had a great stay at this cabin. It’s in a beautiful spot with really nice views, and there’s a lot to do around the area if you enjoy the outdoors. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and well set up. We also loved having things to do inside—there’s a karaoke machine, pool table, and even an arcade game, which made it easy to have fun even when staying in. Carla was a great host and made everything easy for us. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

This was by far the best airBnB we’ve stayed at. Susan was friendly, responsive and so helpful! The property looked like the pictures, clean, modern and well decorated/equipped. Views of the lake from the balcony and sofa. Dog friendly and enough space for daily walks in the complex. My kids were so excited for the bunk beds which were huge! And of course the indoor pool and close walk to the Fun Zone. Overall the home is perfect for a getaway to DCL! But more importantly, the host has really made an effort with added extra touches. Such as having things in the home that any short term renter would appreciate, from the kcups, laundry pods, toothbrush/toothpaste to trash bags! All these extras were such an appreciated convenience to start with. Phenomenal experience and we look forward to a future stay!!!

ONLY WISH WE COULD STAY LONGER! We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin in Terra Alta! The resort-like community is absolutely stunning and truly "almost heaven"! You and your family will enjoy long walks and access to the activities offered by the property. The home is spacious with plenty of room (we had 6 adults in our group). The lake view is stunning and Wendy has thought of just about everything. The home itself was impeccably clean, detailed amenities and has a warm and welcoming feel. It was the perfect spot to celebrate our daughter's graduation! We only wish we could have stayed longer! We can't wait to come back and truly come back. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

This was second time staying in Millstone Cottage when visiting Alpine Lake. It’s a cozy place, located near Club House, and perfect for a couple. Did not use kayak as we did last trip due to unseasonably cool weather. Hiked the Overlook Trail, which goes up the hill behind cottage to Gazebo at top of old ski run for a great view of lake. We came away relaxed and refreshed, and that’s what a weekend retreat is all about.

Cozy space for our family of 5. My kids loved the ping pong table the most. It was convenient to the highway, grocery store, and other shops.

Loved our stay here. The house is in a small quiet neighborhood with close to no traffic, which was great for the kids. Everything was as described, we had a great time and would love to come back soon

This was our second stay at this beautiful cabin! My husband and I love the private location, the peacefulness of taking advantage of the hot tub, sitting on the deck, or around the fire pit area watching the wildlife. The location so private and peaceful, but only minutes away from anything you could want to do in the area. The pics are very accurate as to how comfy and cozy the inside of the cabin is with a kitchen that has just about everything you could possibly need! We are already planning our 3rd trip back!

The place was clean, functional for three couples, modern yet cozy. Hot tub takes a long time to heat up, make sure you check the temperature right when you arrive!

We were in the area to do some hiking. This house was the perfect home base. We were close to great trails and could come home and relax in the hot tub and by the fire.

The hosts were incredibly kind, professional, and always prompt in their responses. They made everything easy and stress-free. My mom and I wanted a little weekend away & Chef’s apartment was just what we needed! The space is clean & cozy. The king-sized bed is very comfortable. There were gorgeous plants everywhere, fresh fruit on the table, freshly picked flowers on the counter, cool books throughout the apartment, & even a corner with comfy pillows, a mediation chair, & drums! Chef kindly helped us get our bags up to the apartment. We met his lovely dog, Pacha, who is so sweet. We woke up each day & enjoyed an amazing breakfast made of fresh fruit & veggies & enjoyed the conversations we had with Chef while he cooked. How many times in life do you get to wake up and have someone cook you a farm-to-table meal? And he made it 100% vegan for us—amazing! We took his recommendations and checked out Oakland, MD. It was a cute little town and we particularly enjoyed the antique shop, Englanders. Swallow Falls State Park is worth checking out, too. This was a really unique, beautiful stay. Thanks, Chef!

Pictures don’t do it justice! Such a beautiful and relaxing getaway! John and Jennifer were so responsive and helpful during our stay! Our trip was scheduled during a winter storm, and they proactively offered us flexible check in! We will definitely be booking again! Highly recommend! ☺️
