Beachfront holiday rentals in Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace

Great location! We drove in from Bulgaria and are not familiar with driving in busy European cities. Alexandra gave us many parking options when we asked from seeing previous reviews. There is a paid garage right next to the unit (although pricey) but the convince was well worth the price. Wish we had more time to explore!

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Everything was perfect, from the beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms to the excellent amenities that made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed and with a stunning view that made our mornings even more special. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing us with helpful tips about the area and making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Modern, clean, bright and comfortable studio with view on the sea and next to a restaurant. The table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. Quiet yet so close to all the shops and restaurants. 600 metres from the port. Very friendly and welcoming communication. Perfect stay!

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

A great place to relax. The beaches are beautiful and the local people are friendly. The views from the house are amazing. Lemnos is our favourite island in Greece. We will definitely be back. The host is very responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

Υπέροχο μέρος, πολύ προσεγμένο και πεντακάθαρους χώρους φιλοξενίας. Εμείς με την παρέα μου (σύνολο 5 άτομα) μείναμε στην βίλα "ΙΩΑΝΝΑ" η οποία είναι εξαιρετική! Πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση, εξαιρετικό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό! Πολύ ικανοποιητική η πισίνα όσον αφορά το μέγεθος της και πολύ καθαρή. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit atemberaubender Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit Vasiliki war gut, sie hat meist sehr schnell geantwortet. Bei uns hat lediglich die Waschmaschine nicht funktioniert und der Strand/Geschäfte waren ein paar Minuten weiter entfernt als beschrieben. Aber alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus.

Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus von Efi war von Vorne bis Hinten toll! Schon vor Reisebeginn erhielten wir von Efi Informationen über die nähere Umgebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Ausflugsziele. Dazu gab es eine ausführliche Wegbeschreibung sowie ein unkomplizierter Self-Check-in. Im Ferienhaus angekommen, waren wir begeistert: das große Grundstück, den wirklich schön angelegten Garten, das super gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtete Haus. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Sogar einen kleinen Einkauf, mit dem wir den ersten Tag locker geschafft hätten, hatte Efi uns bereit gestellt: Wasser, Obst und Gemüse, Nudeln, Tomatensauce und eine Flasche Wein warteten als Willkommensgeschenk auf uns. Vielen Dank dafür! Über unseren Aufenthalt hinweg haben wir regelmäßig mit Efi Kontakt gehabt, sie hat immer unmittelbar geantwortet und uns super freundlich in allen Fragen geholfen. Konforlu bir konaklama oldu. Daire fotoğraflardaki gibi, merkeze çok yakın yürüyerek max 5 dk da ulaşılabiliyor. Etrafınsa yürüme mesafesinde birkaç plaj da mevcut. Daireseli eşyalar yeni. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Salon bölümü çok küçük ancak muhteşem teras yaz ayları için muhteşem manzara eşliğinde yeterli bir oturma alanı sağlıyor. Çamaşırlık ve mandal dahi mevcuttur. Eve giriş talimatları çok açıklayıcıydı ve kolaylıkla giriş yaptık. Evin önündeki sokakta ücretsiz parking mevcut. Şehrin yer yerindenden denize girilebiliyor. Park problemi genel anlamda yok denecek kadar az. Deniz muhteşem. Neos Marmaras ve daireyi kesinlikle öneririz. Herşey için teşekkürler

The place is wonderful - right next to the beach. Our host Emmanouil was responsive, communicative and friendly, making us feel at home. We felt like a part of his family. The place looked like in the pictures and even better - there two places on the outside where you can sit and relax. The inside is fully equipped, clean and tidy. We had a great Greek vacation. Highly recommended host and place!

Super nice stay, luminous apartment, had everything that we needed. Loved the huge balcony, the quiet area, the accessibility to beach, and the parking possibility in the same street. Everything very clean. The host welcomed us with some gifts which was lovely and was very helpful in giving advices of activities in the area.
