It is a place where you can relax to the max. It is a beautiful, clean and well-kept house. Spacious rooms and a kitchen with everything you need. The terrace of the house is spacious and has an extraordinary sea view. Also, the yard is very beautiful and constantly maintained. I communicated very well with Maria whenever it was necessary. It is a place to which I would return with great pleasure and joy.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped, with lots of hot water and very good wifi. It has a lovely garden facing east, perfect for breakfast outside in the sun. There are restaurants, a bar, small shops and a small beach 10 minutes walk away and lovely beaches within 15 minutes drive. You can swim very close to the apartment but the shore is stony and you’d need water shoes. The neighbourhood is very quiet, apartment is close to the main road but not enough traffic to bother us. Highly recommended.

From the very first day here we felt the assistance and support of the hosts! They are very friendly, always open to help and communicate. The place itself looks the same as in the pictures with a great garden full of fruit trees! We like it here very much! Supermarket is close, beach, bakeries etc. just 3 mins by car! It’s very convenient, it’s calm and peaceful here! We advice everyone come and feel all the fresh sea air here one day! It’s worth it! Thank you once again, Alexia and Stathis and allllll the wonderful pets you have!

Everything was great. Peaceful place, there is a village nearby for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Responsive host, always helped when we had questions.

The house is really great, not big but functional, with a beautiful garden witch we used the most. The kitchen is very modern and have almost evrything you might need. If you have active kids, the park in front of the house would be really helpful. The beach in front of the house is good, quiet and relaxing, with small rocks at the entry and than sand. Tessa, the host, even if we didn't meet, was very nice and receptive. She left lots of wellcome gifts for us and also gave us a lot of useful information. From our point of view is a great place to stay at a very good price.

We had a wonderful time with Anette and Costa. The house is very nicely located, you have your peace and quiet and yet it is close to Kavala, as well as many beautiful places and beaches. The tranquility and the fenced garden are wonderful for dogs, we didn't have to worry about our dog. The cottage is exactly as described and you have everything (or even more) you need. Anette always responded to our messages very quickly and kindly. At check-in, she was very flexible and explained everything to us. The property is easily accessible by car. Unique value for money! P.S. Especially with older children, you should note that there is no Wi-Fi, as stated in the description. Thank you for everything :) We will definitely be back

Lonely villa with space and tranquility. Nice welcome by Maria who takes care of everything. Very clean. The nearby street can hardly be heard, as it is above the house. To the (wild) beach about 150 m through the garden. There were five of us and we all slept comfortably. You get peace and solitude, even at the beach.

We had a great time at the house. Nevertheless the house it is at the main road, actually is very peaceful and quiet with beautiful garden and veranda. Meletis and his wife are amazing people, totally recommend the house for your vacation.

We had a great weekend stay at the place. The house is beautiful and was well prepared for our stay. We were a group of 7 plus 1 kid and all of us had amazing stay.

The villa was very cosy, comfortable beds, clean towels and bed linen, very clean and well equiped kitchen, spacious balcony. The garden is wide and very nice for outdoor actitity especially if you travel with kids. There is a small, clean and private-like beach hidden a minute away from the house and a wide very nice beach at a distance of 5-10 mins walk. We were in general very happy with our stay and would like to thank Manolis for the good communication and hospitality.

Very pleasant stay in Edessa and very wise practical advice from Theo who is an excellent host, friendly, very attentive to his guests. I highly recommend this very friendly boy who, despite his family commitments, invested a lot to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The house was absolutely perfect for our week long vacation. As described, very clean, peaceful and quiet location, very close to beach! Will definitely recommend this to friends and Family for our next trip to Greece!

Maria gave us a warm welcome to her beautiful home when we arrived and was a perfect hostess until the end of the trip. The place itself is beautiful, you can sit and have a morning coffee whilst looking at Mount Olympus. Thank you Maria for making our stay so great.

This was very close to the airport and convenient for an early flight in the morning. It was very modern and newly renovated. The beds were very comfy! Great place to stay close to the airport!

Anna and Pavlos were the greatest hosts ever! They took care of everything and it was honestly such a nice and calm environment. The house was wonderful and the sight from the balcony was awesome. Everything had been as described but the hosts were really just such great people! So welcoming and warm in the way of interacting! We’d give ten stars if there was the possibility! It just felt like coming home. The garden is beautiful and the interior of the house is chosen with love for the detail! The location of the house couldn’t be better as it is super calm but at the same time not far away from all the pretty beaches as you can reach them in under half an hour! It was all just wonderful and we love to return!

Really good stay at the beginning of September - two friends. Beach is 20 steps from the entrance and that’s amazing. Very good location, close to everything lots of good cheap restaurants around, nice bar for late night drinks etc. I have nothing bad to say really. Great place for the money. House is spacious, ac works great same for hot water. There’s a little terrace space for morning coffee and a smoke or for dinning if you actually cook during your holidays (would not recommend cooking as a gyros across the road is 4€) Great host and very responsive, sent instructions (auto translated but accurate) and helped with everything throughout the stay

Everything was great. Great hosts, very nice and clean family place. Position of the house, just near the wonderful beach, you just want to be there. We felt very comfortable. The house has all the necessary things for the functioning of a large family with children, you don't need to worry about anything, you will find everything in the house. The hosts are wonderful people, with whom we had excellent communication. Definitely a place where everyone wants to be.
