Great location! We drove in from Bulgaria and are not familiar with driving in busy European cities. Alexandra gave us many parking options when we asked from seeing previous reviews. There is a paid garage right next to the unit (although pricey) but the convince was well worth the price. Wish we had more time to explore!

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

The accommodation and the location are great. Clean and authentic place with a unique sea view. The house is located in the old town. Georgia is a very nice host and I highly recommend it! 😍😍😍

We had a truly amazing experience staying at this apartment! Everything was perfect, from the beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean rooms to the excellent amenities that made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed and with a stunning view that made our mornings even more special. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing us with helpful tips about the area and making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Modern, clean, bright and comfortable studio with view on the sea and next to a restaurant. The table and chairs on the balcony were perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. Quiet yet so close to all the shops and restaurants. 600 metres from the port. Very friendly and welcoming communication. Perfect stay!

We stayed in the triangle house for one night, the experience was fantastic!!The house was wonderful , smelled clean both the interior of the house but also all the linens the towels the sofa covers! impeccable layout awesome organization the communication with the host was what anyone would ask for immediately friendly and all instructions very clear!The outdoor area is thoughtful , organized with pillows lighting throughout the garden and in the common areas, a small paradise next to Thessaloniki !Bravo for the so thoughtful work you've done and for the love for what you do because it shows!!! Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Fantastic place, don’t wonder book!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

A great place to relax. The beaches are beautiful and the local people are friendly. The views from the house are amazing. Lemnos is our favourite island in Greece. We will definitely be back. The host is very responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

The place was superb. Clean, calm, with a nice view of the sea. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The breakfast was unique and varied. Nina brought us breakfast every morning with a wonderful smile and filled us with positive energy even before we tried the amazing food.

It is an idyllic place to spend your vacation and come to rest with an ancient olive tree to linger under, 30 m from the deserted beach. Great swimming pool with evening lighting and diving board. Above all, the warmth and hospitality of the landlord and his families makes this vacation unforgettable!

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Very nice and well-equipped house with a breathtaking terrace. Communication with Vasiliki was good, she usually responded very quickly. With us, only the washing machine did not work and the beach/shops were a few minutes further away than described. But all in all a wonderful stay in a great house.

This place deserves 20 stars. One of the best places we have ever been! Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... The stay in Efi's vacation home was great from start to finish! Even before the start of the trip, we received information from Efi about the surrounding area, shopping facilities and excursion destinations. There was also a detailed route description as well as an uncomplicated self-check-in. Arriving at the vacation home, we were thrilled: the large property, the really beautifully landscaped garden, the super cozy and stylishly furnished house. Everything is very well maintained and clean, so you feel right at home. Efi had even provided us with a small shopping that would have easily got us through the first day: water, fruits and vegetables, pasta, tomato sauce and a bottle of wine were waiting for us as a welcome gift. Thank you for that! Throughout our stay, we had regular contact with Efi, she always responded immediately and helped us in a super friendly way with all questions. Thank you so much, dear Efi, for this great vacation!

It was a comfortable stay. As in the photos, the apartment is very close to the center and can be reached in max 5 minutes on foot. There are also several beaches within walking distance. Circular items are new. Cleaning was very good. The living room is very small, but the magnificent terrace provides a sufficient seating area with a magnificent view for the summer months. There is even a laundry rack and a latch. The check-in instructions were very descriptive and we checked in easily. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. You can swim in the sea from anywhere in the city. Parking problems are almost non-existent in general. The sea is magnificent. We highly recommend Neos Marmaras and the apartment. The place is wonderful - right next to the beach. Our host Emmanouil was responsive, communicative and friendly, making us feel at home. We felt like a part of his family. The place looked like in the pictures and even better - there two places on the outside where you can sit and relax. The inside is fully equipped, clean and tidy. We had a great Greek vacation. Super nice stay, luminous apartment, had everything that we needed. Loved the huge balcony, the quiet area, the accessibility to beach, and the parking possibility in the same street. Everything very clean. The host welcomed us with some gifts which was lovely and was very helpful in giving advices of activities in the area.
