Excellent house, with a special aesthetic that matches the feeling that Ioannina leaves to the visitor. Very clean and really in an excellent location with access to everything. We found both inside the house and outside it (in the surrounding area) that we needed easy. Important note the very close and inexpensive parking that made our stay easier. I highly recommend it.

Stelio is really a super host, He helped us and facilitate our stay at the best. Townhouse is very nice and it is also better then the photos. Very well kept and new. It is extremely well situated, in the center, near by restaurants, groceries and the port. Still very calm and reserved. We had a wonderful stay there!

We enjoyed our stay at Alexis' Airbnb and would recommend it for anyone wanting a few days to enjoy the beauty of the Zagori. The property is a small stone townhouse which is part of the Primoula hotel & spa terrace overlooking the pretty village of Ano Pedina. The house is set over two floors. On the ground there is a sofa seating area in front of a fireplace (lots of wood available), a kitchenette with small fridge and tea & coffee making facilities, and also a washroom. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with bathtub/shower and another wc. We enjoyed laying in the bay window enjoying the sun and spectacular view. Outside a few stairs lead to the terrace running along the front of the properties, with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the village and valley beyond. Alexis provided lots of useful information ahead of arrival, including suggested walks and tavernas. Mihalis and his super-friendly dog was also onsite to help with any issues.

Kostas was a great host. Both he and the house were one of the reasons why a nice weekend was arranged in Nymfaio. I really recommend it to anyone who wants to make a relaxing weekend on the mountain.

We spent the Easter days at Rania's accommodation and everything was great. The location was impeccable in the right place to stay for day trips either on the side of the lake or the side for meteora,fir, pertouli. Right in the middle of the village of Kanalia to enjoy the above excursions I mentioned. The house amazing decor and all the money the quiet and the view. Comfortableand equipped for family holidays. The village of Kanalia one of the most beautiful in our country. Thank you Rania.

The house is absolutely beautiful in a quiet and remote location - it's a bit far, but well worth it when you wake up to the scenery. The house is spacious and well equipped with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, a big pool, and gorgeous garden that we were able to enjoy. Matina was wonderful - she was there when we arrived and available for all of our questions and needs. If we are ever back in the area, we will absolutely look to reserve this house again.

Panagiotis and Giota are excellent hosts. Very friendly. They made us feel at home and comfortable. It's like we've known each other for years. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful. Our dogs enjoyed running on the grass. We will definitely prefer it when we are in the area again. Thank you!

Absolutely phenomenal. Not to mention I left our passports hidden in their Airbnb on accident, they went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t stressed and got them back. So grateful for their hospitality! Beautiful place, immaculate.

So glad I made choice to stay here, village is lovely, quiet rural get away, hiking trail right outside. Host was very helpful, provided useful information and guidance. The room had a view of mountains and everything in working order. Very highly recommended!

My wife and I took her sister and her friend to Easter since Friday. The house was clean and as shown in the photos. and especially for 4 people it was a must. Personally we had a small grill and roasted outside in the yard(there was also the kitchen of course). We got our breakfast in the small living room(there was everything in the house ). The area surrounded by greenery and very calm for detoxing from the city. The residents are very friendly. Kalambaka is close if you want a little noise. I'm sure if I go back to the area it will be the 1 option

We had a very good experience, Lefteris was an impeccable host and helpful in terms of the choices the wider area has for food and activities. The house was spacious and spotless clean.
