Holiday rentals with a patio in Decentralized Administration of Epirus and Western Macedonia

We had a really great stay at Dimitra Houses! The apartment offered everything we needed + more, George was very helpful when we had any questions. Great and super friendly host. :) We especially loved that it's so close to the water. Having a morning coffee on the balcony, watching the waves, a dream :)

The accommodation was beautiful and spacious just as they present it on the platform, Stavroula friendly and helpful typical from the beginning to the departure.

we stayed 2 nights in Filothei's place , both times were excelent. Clean and beautiful apartment , with beautiful view from Gaios. Super friendly host. She did let us do the check in earlier so we didnt have to walk around with our lugagge. definetly recommend !

Everything was spotless,organized, the kitchen and the bathroom,covers and towels smelled delicious. We've never stayed in a cleaner room!

The apartment is very modern and nicely decorated. Upon my arrival, the apartment was very clean and in perfect condition. In the area you will find everything you need for a stay and everything is within a few minutes' walk. I felt very comfortable during my entire stay and would book the apartment again at any time.

The stay was excellent. The location of the place is very convenient. Next to the lake, very close to the castle and cafes, restaurants and other shops. The room spotless and Alexios very helpful, polite and easily accessible. Of course I will prefer it on the next trip to Ioannina.

The only thing that was a pity was that we were no longer with Annika. We were received super friendly and helpful. For our 1-year-old daughter, Annika had arranged extra toys and prepared the bed so that we can sleep together safely. She gave us great recommendations for the area so we had a great time there. Thank you Annika :)

Everything in the house is spotless. It was what we saw in the photos. Whatever you needed, I had an answer and a solution right away. Easy area, quiet and with a very nice tavern 200 meters from the house.!!

So we made the booking quite late in the evening and Katerina responded quickly and it was a great place to stay,such amazing views and nice parking space out the front. The place is very quiet so you can get a good night sleep. shower was lovely and hot and everything was clean. I would highly recommend

Another wonderful stay at Dionysia’s place. We love everything about it: very well appointed, with a lovely mixture of stone and wood detailing, a generous sized terrace with a great view, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet location in the middle of Paxos is perfect for getting everywhere, with lovely walks on your doorstep and a grocery shops and restaurants around the corner. Also, Dionysia is a brilliantly communicative and responsive host.

We had a great time in Village Escape. Flampoura is a very quiet village in the middle of beautiful nature. Great for people who want to completely unwind and yet want to stay in the vicinity of Preveza. Everything was spotless and everything was provided. We were really spoiled by Ioanna, Paris and family and thus got to know fantastic people that we absolutely want to meet again and that we will remember forever and carry in our hearts. A car is required. We will also miss the storks and the distant wailing of the jackals at sunset. Only 1 tiny point of improvement, Paris: the mattresses... Best wishes and see you soon. Also a big hug for Ioanna!!

Great place beautiful sunset on the terrace . The house has everything you need to cook and relax coffee machine toaster oven shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom super well equipped. A lovely welcome pack with beer water jam bread milk etc… amazing . I also want to thanks Nikos for being so so kind and flexible with our check in and check out what a star. Highly recommend the place super spacious very clean and in a great village with lovely taverns .thank you

Words can't express the beauty of Zavia Resort!! We are already looking at dates to return again next year. The villa is stunning, the views are spectacular, the staff are so helpful and friendly. So close to so many wonderful restaurants and beaches... mind you, it's hard to actually leave the resort as the private cove and pool are all you need, right on your doorstep. Highly recommend Megali Ammos beach though, just 20 minute walk away, with 3 fabulous restaurants to choose from there, we particularly loved dinner at Oliva...the food and views are stunning! Also, a day trip to the village of Parga is highly recommended, 30 mins drive from Zavia Resort. Parga Old Town is really special. Zavia, our new favourite holiday destination!! ♥️

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

Konstantinos was super helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment! Very clean space and lovely balcony, right in the centre of the city.

The house was cozy, cozy with large spaces ideal for a family with a child and a pet. A 2 minute walk to the pain reliever (important when you have a dog) the playground and the city center. Mrs. Sotiria was very helpful. We'll definitely go over it again on the next walk in the heart.

One of the best Airbnb's I have ever stayed! The place is beautiful and it has everything you need! It is literally spotless! Fresh and bright, it's the perfect getaway! Elena, is so friendly! She gave us the precise direction for the apartment and info about the parking, where to go, where to eat, what to see. I will definitely...definitely come back for even more days. I highly reccomend the apartment to any future guest!

The house is in a very good location, has surrounding shops for food,in the opposite alley there is a large supermarket, 5' walk bakery, from the center of Kastoria 5' by car. For me it's a perfect location. The house has a very good layout, has everything to make your stay pleasant and easy and feel at home. The heating was working fine, we had hot water. For so cold it was, we didn't feel it inside the house. Mr. Thodoris was an impeccable host, kind, smiling, willing to give us any information we needed, he bought us the nice sweets his wife made. The main thing was very interesting and called us to see if we returned safely due to bad weather. Even the day we left he called us to find out if we arrived at our house. When we come back to beautiful Kastoria we will definitely stay in the same accommodation. Mr. Thodoris, you are a wonderful person!

The accommodation is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check-in went smoothly. Vasilis personally handed us the key, even late at night. Particularly noteworthy is the location: ideal if you want to visit the Meteora monasteries. We had a great night's sleep and would definitely recommend this place.
