Tim’s place was great. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Highly recommend it. Stores are all a short walk or drive away.

I was in Tallahassee for a convention. I did not need much, but Jim was such an amazing host. He provided everything I needed so that my stay was comfortable. I highly recommend!

This property is a real gem!! It is extremely clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for serious meal prepping. Gina is a great host…very quick to respond and instructions were clear and very easy to follow. I will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

We travel to Tallahassee every few months to go visit family with our children, usually at every Airbnb we have to kid proof the area as soon as we check in but not Kays place. We were pleasantly surprised by how kid friendly it was with an ample living room for them to have their activities in, everything in the home was clean, Kay was quick to respond to any questions and had a very friendly demeanor willing to go above and beyond Since the home is located very close to I10 it makes it very convenient to get around town while still being in a private and quiet neighborhood I would definitely recommend Kays place to anyone that comes to visit town either with children or without children We were very happy with our stay there and would stay again on future trips

I'm a native of Tallahassee and I normally stay with family, but Jack's home and location made me feel right at home. The nostalgia of being on Lake Ella took me back to all the great memories of my high school and college days. The home was beautiful, serene, and convenient. This is the perfect place to stay if you’re in the area. Only seven minutes to big Jim’s. The pond house restaurant is right down the road and they have the best steak you will ever eat. We had no problem, parking two trucks and two boats (with) outside power to plug up battery chargers. I would recommend this home to anyone. Will definitely be going back.

The stay was amazing! She was very responsive and communicated well. The instructions were clear and posted in multiple places so I did not have a question or worry about anything. She was very nice and professional. The home was beautiful and cozy. Plenty of space. My kids loved to watch the little goats in the backyard. All around 10 out of 10!

We love this stay on lake Seminole. Peaceful and spacious for a getaway with view. Mark was extremely responsive and kind throughout. We stayed near Christmas and they had a beautiful Christmas tree up, which made it feel like home away from home. Wonderful ❤️

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Brad’s place was super cute, looks just like pics. It’s a newer listing for him and there were a couple of issues but he immediately responded and handled appropriately. I would say it is a great place for a short stay, especially if you’re coming in for any FSU activities because it’s super close and easy to walk to. Brad is a great host, very friendly, always quick to respond, and flexible with check in and out to meet our needs. I would definitely rent from him again.

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed - close to the venue we were visiting and roomy enough for our family group. Carlos not only had everything we needed, but also provided special treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. Kelly was great! She was very proactive, and her place was perfectly located! Easy to get to and steps from the stadium! We were visiting for my daughter's orientation to FSU, so we did not spend much time at the place, but the beds were so comfy, the parking lot was well-lit and the snacks were much appreciated! I have stayed at this location twice and both times were a amazing. I've also stayed at another one of Susan's place. She is so wonderful and her units are SO clean and comfortable. The beds are great and she make the homes so inviting. She is a dream to communicate with - so responsive and so sweet. She is the perfect host and her rentals are the perfect place to stay!! I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again (2nd time here ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
