Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Matea war echt schön, wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Ruhe und der Pool waren super, wir hatten sogar den Pool für uns alleine. Der Gastgeber war sehr gut erreichbar, sehr freundlich und äußerst Gastfreundlich, uns wurde sogar ein leckerer Kuchen gebacken, danke nochmal! Uns wurde schnell geholfen, wenn wir Tips oder Hilfe brauchten. Die Ausstattung war, besonders in der Küche, echt gut und mehr als ausreichend um für 4 Personen zu kochen. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Umgebung, ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen, hier ist nur ein kleiner Supermarkt (hat die Größe einer Tankstelle) und sonst ist hier nichts. In 10 Minuten waren wir mit dem Auto am Strand, wir haben eine kleine unscheinbare Bucht gefunden, an der wir ganz alleine waren. Wundervoll! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt :-)

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Die Lage ist einfach super. Die Stadt ist mit dem Uber für 5€ erreichbar, der Strand und gute Restaurants in 2min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Balkon toll zum zusammensitzen. Die Betten sind ok (schon etwas älter). Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht. Zum grillen ist auch alles da. Zum regelmäßigen kochen fehlt es etwas an Ausstattung, hat uns aber aufgrund der guten Restaurants nicht gefehlt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke Damir!

Iva's place is a real home from home - there was everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The apartment is spacious but cosy. The kitchen is really well stocked, with plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and utensils. Having a washing machine was a great bonus - as was the lovely deep bath. The balcony gets the sun all day. As others have said, there are a few bars on the street below which are noisy until after 1am. I am a light sleeper and I wear earplugs every night and it did still disturb me somewhat, but my husband (who doesn't use earplugs) slept absolutely fine. Other than that the location is perfect - bang in the centre of town, close to shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the sea front (unmissable at sunset) and there's a nice park right next door which is great for a shady run. Iva is a great host, very responsive. the apartment is very secure with locked gates and a key card for the lift. We had a lovely time here - thank you Iva!

Internetes szálláshely foglaláskor nagyon ritka és kiemelkedően jó dolog amit itt tapasztaltunk: a szállás leirása alapján (fotók és szöveg) elképzelt helynél egy sokkal csodálatosabb ingatlanba érkeztünk. Minden úgy volt, ahogy le volt irva, csak még jobb: látszott, hogy folyamatosan gondozzák, fejlesztik a helyet, mind bútorzatban, mind a kertben és más kinti terekben. Egy kis gyémánt ezt a hely egy nyugodt, békés öbölben a vizparton. A házigazdánk nagyon segitőkész volt, mindenben segitett és nagyon kedvesen, türelmesen tűrte kérdéseinket, problémáinkat, mindent megoldott. A környezet rendezett, a szomszédság csendes és békés, itt tényleg lehetett nyugodtan pihenni és relaxálni. Külön kedvesség volt a házigazda által tulajdonolt vizi sportszerek felajánlása használatra tartózkodásunk alatt (pl. SUP), erre nem is számitottunk. Mindent köszönünk, csak igy tovább!

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

The best accommodation in Zadar, with incredible views of the old town and plenty of places to eat just a few minutes' walk away. Gordan's service was excellent. I highly recommend this great accommodation. We will definitely be back!

Our holidays in this unique place was magnificient from the first moment we step on the land! Highly recommend to all nature lovers who love to connect with nature and peace. We love the seclusion of this place where your mind & heart can really rest. Renting Bozo's kayak was a sweet cherry on the top of this vacation. We have truly found a special place which we already miss.

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

Wir haben zu Viert unseren Familienurlaub in Milans Unterkunft verbracht. Die Außenküche, der Pool , der gesamte Außenbereich war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der sehr ruhigen, ländlichen Umgebung sehr genossen. Milan war stets ansprechbar und für jede Hilfe sofort zur Stelle. Sicherlich könnte man das ein oder andere in der Küchenausstattung erneuern oder gar ergänzen, so fehlt zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest ein Kaffeefilter. Abgesehen davon war unser Urlaub sehr gelungen und die Unterkunft von Milan hatte daran einen großen Anteil!

Wenn man Erholung sucht, ist Denisas Unterkunft perfekt. Durch den beheizten Pool kann man selbst bei etwas kühleren Temperaturen seine Bahnen ziehen und die Ruhe genießen. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Ein Mietwagen/eigenes Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Nöten, da es fußläufig keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. gibt. Wir haben noch nie eine so tolle Gastfreundschaft erlebt, wie mit Denisas Eltern, die sich während unseres Aufenthalts um uns gekümmert haben. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

It was a pleasure to stay at Mislav's place. Everything as described. The beautiful garden with a lot of shade to hide when needed. The swimming pool made our stay truly memorable. Always clean thanks to Mislav and the water temperature was just perfect. Mislav was very helpful and always responded to our requests promptly. The house was clean, spacious and the black kitchen was a gem. We used it almost every day to make a barbecue. Highly recommend Mislav as a host and his place if you are looking for a peaceful place outside of the city but still with an easy access to Zadar. Thank you Mislav!

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.
