We do offer dock/boat slip access for extra fee.

Felt right at home the minute I walked in. Very clean and orderly apartment, with a fragrance that reminded me of my mom's home. All the best amenities, including a full-sized kitchen, and great bathroom with a large walk-in shower. In a very quiet neighborhood, just a ten minute walk from McNeese University, with all the best Lake Charles restaurants within a ten minute drive (some closer). I will always check the availability of Pat's property first when working in Lake Charles.

This is the best Airbnb I have stayed at. It looks even better than the photos listed on the website. Everything was neat and clean. Snacks were provided. Elizabeth was very nice and friendly. If I ever pass back this way, I would hope to stay here again. I highly recommend this place, it's beautiful.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making check-in super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm a local who's very familiar w/the area & this location is central to everything you need. Restaraunt's, casino's, nightlife or family fun. The townhouse is clean & stocked. I forgot bath & body wash products but he had that covered thankfully. Kitchen was well stocked as well. Mark was also responsive & communicated everything regarding check in /check out. Recommend & would book again.

We had a fantabulous stay at Luis' home! We were in town for a concert, and that is one of the only times we left the house... other than to get food. Speaking of food -- ask Luis for restaurant recommendations. He knows what he's talking about. The pool is an absolute dream. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
