This accommodation has a very good location, with very useful places for an excellent stay: supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, currency exchange offices, etc. It is also easy to access the Motevideo Shopping mall (20 minutes walk). The host was always attentive to our concerns. Additionally, the accommodation has all the services offered on the website, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. I would only recommend that they have cable TV, which is sometimes useful. I would choose this apartment again if I return to Montevideo. I recommend it 100%.

Dana and Jeff's apartment is in the heart of Ciudad Vieja, close to several restaurants, museums, bookstores. The space is beautiful and cozy. The bathroom has a strong shower and very hot water! We wish to return!

Very well located, one block from the beach of pocitos. The building is old, like the 1930s, a bit like a gothic city, getting to know it already is an experience in itself. Sacha respo was always very quick and they were very attentive. Recommended if traveling alone or as a couple.

Then the apartment and building, I didn't expect it to be so beautiful, it has a large supermarket around the corner, and a couple of places to eat nearby as well as shopping. This is the second time that we have stopped at Fio. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well equipped and with nice decoration details. And what's important, on the street there's room for parking. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very well located, close to the rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.
