At 15 min. drive from the beach, sea and dunes. The cottage has everything your heart desires. Downstairs there is a dining and sitting area. With a beautiful luxury kitchen. Outside you can relax on the sunny terrace or lounge area. The 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, and a 2nd separate toilet.

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. There are beautiful cycling and hiking trails in the area. Schoorl's mountain bike trail is 5 km away. Cities nearby are Schagen and Alkmaar. Shortly to a holiday destination with plenty of possibilities.
