Holiday rentals with a fire pit in De Kelders

So enjoyed our weekend away! It was peaceful and we had beautiful weather as well - which was surprising for June. Walking distance to and from the beach. Enjoyed the fire pit area and chats around the fire and the pool. Good kitchen facilities and sleeping accommodation. Everything was clean. The neighborhood also felt safe. Claudette is also a very good host - very helpful and responsive with queries pre-check-in and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely and well kept, Heleen was super as a host, the location was amazing with clever architecture to hide from the wind and still enjoy the clear nights and days.

My family and I loved Vinho Verde. The home was spacious and well-kitted. That view was captivating and beautiful! We didn't want to leave and we're now all fully convinced this is where we want to retire to one day. Michelle and the rest of the Firefly Villas team were friendly, helpful, and onky quick message away - thank you for your attentiveness. We can earnestly recommend Vinho Verde for a short or long getaway.

We loved our stay here, the views are beautiful, and the path along the shore is right at the bottom of the garden. Very well equipped kitchen and a great space for families. Very much hope to be back soon!

This was our second year in a row in Taryn-Lee's house and we will 100% return for a family gathering in future. The house is perfect for a large group, clean and comfortable and great value for money over December. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay, a little retreat snuck away in nature, while still central and close to all amenities. The landscaping was done very inteligently, creating such good privacy to the main road, framing beautiful vistas from the lounge and main bedroom without a need for boundary walls. The social spaces are very well arranged and the games room upstairs is such an enjoyable space. We were all.enchanted by the semi private path to the beach over the bridge and through the vlei, with all the birds and insects. We were visited by an otter and there were two hadedas that slept every night on the roof ridge. There is no TV and the main room upstairs doesn't have a door, which might put some people off but we didn't mind. The house is very well-equipped and we were very comfortable. The outdoor shower is lovely and the social spaces are very well organized, especially the enclosed verandah, which is perfect for an afternoon nap or a lively family meal time around the braai. Very nice apartment with stunning views!! Everything is as advertised and more! The inverter a nice touch and helped us with a prolonged power outage. The only small niggle is to maybe have a torch or flashlight handy for cases of prolonged power outages. Even the inverter ran out and we only had power back by 19:00, after dark. The load shedding bulbs do help but a torch or light will make life much easier. Otherwise an excellent place and we enjoyed ourselves!

We had an amazing few days of rest and relaxation. Amazing beach views, extremely neat and tidy unit and the hostess was super friendly.

Our stay was so enjoyable, we've already made another booking! We had a fantastic time, slept well, relaxed with the ocean sounds and sights delightfully close... Exactly what we needed.

Kurzfristig konnten wir für einige Tage unterkommen und waren begeistert von dem freundlichen Empfang, dem schönen Haus und dem bis ins Detail ausgestattete Inventar. Zu Fuß ist man zügig in der Stadt und am GearingsPoint. Klare Empfehlung für diese schöne Unterkunft.

Der Aufenthalt bei Hannes war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ebenfalls das Badezimmer. Die Aussicht mit dem schönen Pool hat uns auch sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Hannes gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We were very happy with our stay as it was lovely and peaceful. The secure and shaded parking was an added plus. It was a short distance from the cliff path and an easy walk into the centre of Hermanus. We much appreciated the little extras and the presentation of the towels. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed, pillows and linen deserve a special mention as they were so comfortable to sleep in. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Thera was such a wonderful host, so friendly and helpful, and she made us feel so comfortable and at home in her beautiful garden cottage. The perfect place for a break from the city, Thera had put so much thought into making the space as relaxing as possible. Try and book on a rainy day, the sound of the rain on the roof was such a treat, and the cottage stayed warm and cosy.

Great spot, very quiet and the fire pit outside is awesome for an evening braai.

We had a perfect stay at Debbie's Fish Eagle cottage. The cottage is beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a win. We loved being so deep in nature. The dam was perfect for us to paddle on. Debbie and James her assistant were friendly and helpful. It was a slice of heaven. Thankyou for the perfect getaway.

Beautiful place to stay with lots to do. The farm is great for hiking, running and cycling but also just to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Our stay at Brett's was peaceful, we got to spend real quality time as a family. The board games kept us busy and we were almost, always together. If you are looking to get away from the stressors of everyday life look no further than Brett's. The cabin is beautiful and neat, Brett is kind and communicates well.

Mike’s place is well located , spotless and very well equipped, spacious and stylishly decorated. I would highly recommend the unit. Mike was an attentive host , and checked on us all the time x

a great house in a wonderfully quiet area. perfectly and very tastefully furnished. a few minutes from the beach. with a bit of luck you can watch zebras from your bedroom in the morning ... hildegarde and thys are wonderful and helpful hosts. we would love to come back ...

Very quiet and peaceful. Off the beaten path and unplugged from reality. We really enjoyed it.
