Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz Nr. BH2 in der Tiefgarage für einen PW von max 1800 kg Gesamtgewicht (im Preis inkl.).

Charming top floor flat

Newly furnished, comfortable apartment in Davos, right next to the nordic skiing trails and easy walking distance from the Parsenn ski-lifts and Davos Dorf train station. In a quiet part of town with a south facing balcony that gets sun from early to late, its the perfect base for alpine skiing, nordic skiing, hiking or congress guests. Flat comfortably sleeps 4 with a king size (180cm) bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the upstairs area looking down on the living room.

Mountain Shack

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

We rent our newly renovated beautiful Attikastudio in the heart of Davos. The bright attic apartment is located slightly elevated between Davos Dorf and Davos Platz above the congress center in a multi-family house on the top floor. The bus stop "Kongresszentrum" is reachable in 2 minutes walking distance. Die gemütliche, kleine aber feine 2 Zimmer Wohnung liegt am Sonnenhang in Luzein im schönen Prättigau. Ideal für Pärchen oder unkomplizierte 3. Wir stellen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie eine Waschküche zum trockenen der Skikleider, Schuhe ect zur Verfügung, wer will darf die Waschmaschine gerne mitbenützen. Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
