The apartment is very centrally located, is modern and is clean. Rooms on the street side are unfortunately a bit noisy with the window open. The reception service is very friendly and helpful. It has everything you need.

Highly equipped. Centrally located in Schruns. Super friendly welcome and communication. Dog friendly. Hopefully coming back again soon. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is in the center of Pontresina. It is very comfortable and has a beautiful view. Some kitchen utensils were missing, but nothing serious. Considering the price per night, you might want to consider reducing the parking fee per night. In general, we had a very nice weekend at Richard's apartment.

Ideally located, spacious and convenient studio. A bit old though. I found pubic hair in the bathroom though. The heater in the bathroom was rusty and left stains on the towels.

Very modern and well-equipped apartment with many successful details, but always functionally successful and without frills. Shopping facilities such as Coop and bakery in a short walk. We spent a great week with a dog (for the dog walk, the forest is also right next door). The support provided by Richard and his team is also very commendable.

The Binder family is very nice, very accommodating and kindly! From the first encounter and until the drive home (2 weeks), they always supported us well with delicious pastries, practical notes, beautiful space in the garden and simply with everything around it. We felt super comfortable in there. The apartment is even larger than you can imagine from the pictures, very clean, quiet, bright. With special place for ground floor shoes. Also practically close to the train station, bus stop and supermarkets. In the kitchen there is everything in it, lots of dishes all kinds for cooking and eating / drinking. Otherwise in the bathroom everything is perfect, lots of table games, books, DVDs. The two dogs are very sweet and the children were happy to play with them. Secure parking. Simply thought through and organized everything so that guests can relax pure and enjoy the holiday. Many thanks to the Binder family!!

Everything was just right, the place was perfect for us little family (was even changed by the host, so we stayed with crawling mouse on the ground floor with a huge terrace and garden). Extremely friendly and, easy going host. The accommodation was super clean, very well equipped, spacious and in a great location! Lots of information about the Kleinwalsertal, seminar service, incl. train tickets, great weather, delicious Kaiserschmarrn and Alpabtrieb made our vacation perfect ! We will be back :-)

Absolutely fantastic place. Will go back every time we're in Arosa! We've been coming to Arosa for years and have not encountered a more amazing place. Location is fantastic, so close to all you may need. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and felt even bigger than we expected based on those. Friendly hosts who are very responsive and happy to help. Great amenities, we never felt like we were missing something, even with kitchen items which is hard with a larger group. We travelled with a couple, a single and a family of 4 with a 3.5 year old kid and an 8 month old baby and did not want for anything. There was a high chair and pack/play already made for our arrival and with an elevator its easy to navigate the building. 10/10 would absolutely recommend, they have several "sizes" apartments depending on how many people you travel with and we will definitely book with them again whichever size group we are.

Great place! Actually I wouldn't want to be too positive so this place is always available if I wanted to go! But honesty commands me to say that really everything was perfect!

Beautiful place with nice views and fantastic surroundings. Easy to reach with public transport. Lakes and mountains offer fantastic walks and hikes and can be reached by foot. No shop in town so remember to pick up groceries before you get there. Also, its not a chalet. It's a modern flat made to look like a chalet. ;-)

There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children) in the apartment during the autumn time. The room layout with two separate bedrooms incl. Showers and toilet were really great. The kitchen and living room also invited you to linger – and the large daily highlight was the visit of a squirrel on the balcony. We felt very comfortable here and Carmen welcomed us warmly and was always available for great tips. The location is super central and everything can be done on foot. We also received an Arosa Card, with which we could use the cable cars for free... and much more. RECOMMENDATION: Visit to the squirrel forest, the bear country and restaurant tip for Grisons specialties: Chalet Campino. We will be back.

Lovely apartment and very well stocked . Communication with firstberg after booking and before arrival was very good . His caretaker Mr Maikath was extremely helpful during our entire stay and made sure we had everything we needed . We had a great time hiking and seeing all of St Moritz and the beautiful Swiss Alps!

Very nice, well-appointed and modern apartment. Everything as advertised in the listing and pictures. Kathie was super helpful, including returning a lost item after check-out. The location is a little bit out of the way - but still very walkable to the center of the village / ski station. We would stay here again.

Since I grew up in Arosa, my sister still lives in Arosa and my in-laws know and love Arosa, my mother-in-law's 60th birthday wish: "TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES." We stayed in Belmont in Arosa for 1 week. 6 adults and 2 children (3 months, 1.5 years) Super nice and likeable communication, great hosts. Jenny and Carmen were always very accommodating. (Flo is still enjoying the holidays in the sun :)) We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is very centrally located. Very well equipped, clean and very spacious. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The highlight in the apartment is the Arvenstübli and the super beautiful view of the Untersee. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We will be happy to come back!!

Very great accommodation, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Terrace was beautiful, the rushing of the stream is not for someone who seeks silence but it did not bother us at all, was rather relaxing for us. Thank you very much for the nice support with questions, answers were given very quickly. Certainly not our last stay.
