Holiday rentals with a balcony in Davos

The host was very responsive and we really had a great time. very recommended.

Great place to stay in Pontresina!

A really great deal for Davos. The beds were really comfortable, the fold down thing didn’t matter. Great views and balcony. Perfect for a an xc skiing trip via public transport, it’s about a 10 minute walk from the xc trails, 8 minutes to the train. It is on top of a hill though so keep in mind for walking with luggage.

Great stay in a great location!

This apartment is part of a complex comprising 7 buildings, and 710-1 is on the 5th floor of 'Haus 7'. It has a great view of Lake Silvaplana and the mountains from the corner balcony, where you can sit outside if the weather is warm. There's a nice spacious living area and two decent-sized bedrooms with lots of cupboards and storage space for coats, boots, etc. If your vehicle is less than 1.98m high then you will be able to use an underground parking space that is very convenient for the lift, which will take you directly up to the apartment level. If your vehicle is too high, the reception will direct you to free public parking 5 mins walk away. But you can still drive up to the reception for unloading and loading. The building is well equipped with a laundry room and cleaning room. There's a lockable bike room by reception with plenty of space. And although we stayed in summer, there's also lots of ski/boot storage in the complex. Do explore all the walking and biking options! And lots of free/cheap buses to get around. Wonderful area and we really enjoyed our 11 nights in the apartment.

Perfekte Wohnung für unsere Familienferien - wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen nochmals hierher zu kommen. kleine Randbemerkung: einen Wasserkocher hätten wir sehr begrüsst.

The space is very nice. Its convenient to get to stores and the train station. Parking is convenient, though we did not use the parking garage. The building and flat are well kept and clean. The kitchen had what was needed. Really no issues with this place at all and I've stayed at many in the area. The manager was very nice and also agreed to bring the key to me in Zuoz vs. picking up in St. Moritz.

Top Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage, die Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor dem Haus, um in die Skigebiete zu kommen. Supermärkte , Restaurants, alles zu Fuss oder per Bus erreichbar. Parken aussen (10 chf\tag) bzw Tiefgarage (15 chf) möglich. Tolle Aussicht auf Davos, riiiisiger Balkon. Einziges kleines Minus: bei dem Preis hätte die Waschmaschine inklusiv sein müssen. Statt dessen sind 6 münzen à 20 Rappen nötig. Hatte der freundliche Herr am Empfang Gott sei Dank. Und: eine Ladestation für E-Autos wäre auch noch super. Für die Skiferien zu viert ist die Wohnung unter dem Strich eine super Wahl. Gerne wieder.

The house is very nice inside and outside. Viewing amazing. The house contain everything including all kitchen and cooking equipments from smaller pieces to the larger. The bedrooms have lots of bedding, blankets, towels. When you go there you dont need to take anything with you only needs clothes. Every bathroom have hairdryer towels all sizes. Kitchen contain too many plates, glasses, cups, spoon, everything you think about it and needs for cooking to big family. When I arrived the house so clean but when looks closed some places in the living room it was dusty and can see dogs hair in the rags. They have hoover so I hoovered because I have baby with me. Check in check out so flexible. One more thing should the company consider the rules and all paper work eg how to connect internet all written in Switzerland language they should have english as well. Over all i will recommend this place. And its very near to Davos and all places for skiing. And bear to the shops and supermarkets.

Ottima posizione e bella vista.

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Sehr angenehme, zweckmässige und grosszügige Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Sauna ist ein tolles Extra, das wir sehr genossen haben.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft ganz hinten in Silbertal, viel Platz (wir waren aber auch 'nur' 16 Personen, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, große Küche und schöner Wohnbereich, Supermarkt im Ort, Kristbergbahn fast vor der Haustüre, zuverlässiger Busverkehr - unserer Gruppe hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft in Graubünden! Das charmante Haus liegt in einem idyllischen kleinen Dorf, umgeben von einer atemberaubenden Bergkulisse. Schon beim Betreten spürt man die gemütliche Atmosphäre – viel Platz, liebevolle alte Einrichtung, machen es zu einem perfekten Rückzugsort. Besonders die großzügigen Räume und die ruhige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Besten Dank! Réka

Das Casa Sole bietet sowohl dem ruheliebenden als auch dem unternehmungslustigen Naturliebhaber alles, was sein Herz begehrt. Umgeben von Wiesen, auf denen sich häufig Rehe zeigen, beschattet von einem Walnussbaum (mit Schaukel!) lässt es sich im und vor dem urigen, aber modern eingerichteten Steinhaus gut aushalten. Den tägliche Blick ins Valle di Blenio und auf die Berge (mit seinem Paradiesgletscher) vermissen wir jetzt schon. In der Nähe gurgelt ein Bach (für unsere Hunde ideal), vor dem Haus verläuft ein äußerst kleiner, wenig frequentierter Wanderweg. Für Wanderungen, vor allem im Hochgebirge, bedarf es eines Autos und man muss einige Serpentinen in Kauf nehmen. Doch das ist es wert; die Landschaft ist fantastisch!

Es war wunderschöne Lage und die Wohnung bzw das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider das Wetter hat nicht ganz mitgemacht, aber sonst alles perfekt. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen dorthin zu reisen und alles da genießen.
