Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Davenport

Midwest Magnolia is such a cute place! There were so many thoughtful touches that we appreciated, especially having two young kids with us. There were toys and books and games and a backyard that made traveling with small kids easier. It’s also close to the interstate and a good coffee shop and not too far from a variety of food options. We will definitely consider staying here again when we’re back in town!

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

If you’re ever in the Bettendorf, IA area, this is the house to stay at! It’s so convenient and has all the amenities you need. I was so happy with our stay—thank you again for making it feel like a home away from home! I would definitely recommend it and come back!

Comfortable bed, fresh towels and relaxing. True that it’s low ceiling over bed! Overall good stay for us.

The cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Close to so many things, the neighborhood was quiet and our kids loved the yard. Lots of thoughtful details made our stay a breeze and Teri was friendly and helpful.

This is a very charming house. It met expectations and was very comfortable. It was freeway close to everything which gave us time relax between baseball games to catch a movie and have a couple of nice meals at local restaurants. I particularly appreciated her provided coffee pods for my first of the day coffee.

Awesome place. Very quiet neighborhood. Well kept and very clean. One of the few ABnB's that has an actual dedicated work space. Not everyone is on vacation when they travel and it was nice to have a desk and a chair to sit in. Maybe I am old school but I hate having to balance my laptop on my knees to respond to emails and do quotes after I have worked all day...so that was a nice touch. Also, everything from the thermostat to the washing machine and dryer have printed instructions near each item. It was very helpful because I have never used a Nest thermostat and that thing is not very intuitive. Anyways, it is a great place to stay and if I am ever back in the area, I hope it is available. Zero complaints from me.

Everything was exactly as described and located in a safe & quiet area. One thing to note… the upstairs bedroom is in the loft part of the townhouse with two big windows and a balcony overlooking downstairs. This lets in a ton of natural light, so you may want to opt for the basement bedroom.

The Lone Star Loft was WONDERFUL! This Airbnb is up there with the best I've ever stayed. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! Sheila was a phenomenal host. We will be back!!!

I had the pleasure of staying with Dale and Teresa for a month while on a clinical rotation. My stay was wonderful from day 1. Dale helped me carry all of my luggage in and gave me a tour. The area was very spacious and clean, and had a large desk that was perfect for working/studying. There is a big TV with every cable channel imaginable and a washer/dryer. Dale regularly checked in with me to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and even brought me homemade blueberry muffins made by Teresa at one point. The location is quiet and I felt very safe throughout my whole stay. Dale and Teresa are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this location to anyone.

A well-appointed Airbnb perfectly for 1-2 people. The kitchen and bathroom may be small, but they are supplied with all you need. It’s clear the host actually thought about guests’ comfort and needs. I had an unexpected family emergency during my visit and Nicole was very understanding and flexible about the situation as I had to extend my reservation with little notice. This eliminated one stressor during a really bad situation. One note: the Airbnb is directly across from a church. Parking on Sunday mornings is a little tricky.

Many restaurants to walk to as well as coffee shops. Walking/bicycle path across the street. Clean and right next to the Mississippi River. Visit the tourist information store inside Union Station a few blocks away. They have great restaurant/coffee shop locations in the Quad Cities and you can borrow a bicycle and helmet for free! Check out the schedule of the River Bandits baseball team. Davenport is a friendly city.
