House holiday rentals in Davao Region

Booked this place for our friends family of 11 who are coming from different part of the globe. The place is perfect for a big group accommodations especially for a family reunion. It is homey, clean and secure. Location is also a plus since it’s in a gated neighborhood. Most of all the host Florenda was very proactive and organized. The overall experience was such a breeze . Will surely recommend this place again.

The owner, Mr. Celso, welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the house. He and his team were quick to assist us with everything we needed. About the house: Peaceful and private this place truly feels like home! It’s clean, fresh, and fully equipped with complete kitchenware. There’s a terrace, a grilling area, and even karaoke everything you need is here! Nearest beach: There’s a beautiful resort nearby called Cavanico. The only downside is that you have to pay an entrance fee daily to swim at their beach, which can be a bit much. Overall: 10/10 Thank you for allowing us to enjoy and stay in this lovely house. We are very happy with our experience! ❤️

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

We had a great stay! The house is maganda at malinis, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Yung nagbabantay sa bahay o baka owner siya, sobrang bait at accommodating. We really felt welcomed and at home. Surely, babalik kami ulit! And we’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay. 💯✨

This place was super clean and felt homey!! Near DSR (2-3 mins away). I had such a good night’s sleep and we enjoyed using their kitchen with complete amenities to cook dinner. This is and an architecturally exciting living space with indoor and outdoor common areas all around. Everything is big and large, well furnished and well equipped and well-maintained. We photograph the whole place so that when we get back home we're going to see how many of these interior decor ideas we might adapt to our house. A totally amazing place in a gated community with greenery everywhere.

Roi’s place was perfect for our stay! The host was very accommodating and made us feel right at home. The toilet was a bit small, but everything else was great clean, cozy, and in a convenient location. Highly recommend! Salamat po mam roi ❤️

The place really feels like home, it's so cozy and it was big. They also had a lot of extra beds to use and their rooms was spacious enough for us. Owner is responsive and quick to answer our queries. Their place is safe also. We will surely be back to their house. 10/10 would recommend ♥️⭐️

We had a great stay in Clarissa's place. it was clean, spacious and perfect for our group. The house is well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a stress free getaway - will defenitely stay here again.

I must say the gated community is very welcoming and the guards and trike drivers are just unbelievably friendly and have become goods friends over our few visits here. The place is spacious and its clean. They are also accommodating. Airconditioner are just enough for the rooms so its bit hot during summertime in the main areas, they have 2 electric fan though. Very peaceful and quiet. Good thing they have garage. We love the place even they accidently forgot to leave the key for room 2. And there’s a broken dining chair that I informed them immediately. Comfort room is not stinky. Entire inside of the house is clean. So we leave it clean too and followed their check out instructions. We will book again when we visit Davao. Thank you and more power.

It was indeed very cozy and peaceful, made our stay memorable. No complaints at all and the host was super responsive. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, which was really nice. loved that we were able to bake and cook since everything was there. Had an amazing stay:)))
