Holiday rentals with breakfast in Davao Region

Arno's place greatly exceeded our expectations. He communicated with me regularly leading up to our stay, and he was waiting for us when our ferry arrived at Samal to drive us to his place, which is a little off the beaten path (a very good thing). I don't think Arno's pictures fully do his place justice. It's lush, immaculately landscaped, and well planned out, with paths leading to each of the homes, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The house we stayed in (Mars, you'll notice a theme) was well stocked, spotless, and had cold AC in the bedrooms. Our young nephew really enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We opted to have Arno's staff prepare our meals, which were all great. Arno's wife took us on a tour of the island, including waterfalls, Kaputian Beach, and the famous bat caves. Arno, his wife, and their staff were all wonderful and made us feel at home. I highly recommend Arno's place to anyone looking for a quiet escape from the city.

Although we only stayed for 1 night, the location is good. It is near SM City Davao and there are restaurants within the area. The host is very responsive; communication is very easy. The place could accommodate a large group of people. AC units were functioning. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

The place was very nice and clean. It was worth more than what we paid for. Beds were big and comfy. There was also a huge TV and reliable wifi. My family had a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful to any queries and needs that we had. Thank you! Highly recommended :)

i loved my stay. i was able to sleep well.. smoke detector works well. homey feel. place is clean just a bit smelly but it is clean for sure.. staffs are very accommodating and fast... i will definitely stay here again. their place gets fully booked easily..

Very good place to stay. My sister had a good staycation while i did my business. It's like an oasis inside a city. Remarkably peaceful. For a few minutes walk, you can grab coffee or eat a good food. You can also use delivery apps because the delivery riders dont have any trouble finding this place. Breakfast is always a delight. The host is very sweet too. She gave us freebies. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Overall it was a very great stay though there was some slight problems with the living room AC but they got it fixed in a snap! Nonetheless we would definitely recommend this place and book again in the future.

The host has been very accommodating. Our stay did not leave us wanting. The room was tidy, the furnishings were just what we needed, the staff friendly, and the location very accessible. Would recommend to other budget travellers who are looking for nothing over the top.

If you want affordable place to stay in Davao, this may be the place for you. It is very near the airport.

Nice getaway spot away from the debaucles of city life where a breath of fresh air goes a long way.The cabins are quaint and cozy where you can hibernate all your troubles away. Lovely shorefront where the water is crystal clear with 24 hour cool sea breeze. The staff are warm and accommodating in a safe environment but the town proper is quite a long traverse. Nonetheless, it's a hidden gem secluded in the outskirts of a beautiful island.
