Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Davao del Norte

Marilou’s place was lovely and quiet, away from the city but close enough that you have areas to visit etc. We ended up only staying due to unforeseen circumstances and Marilou was so kind to accommodate those changes. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

The A/C was working very good which was very important for us. Very clean place . Near the guard house which was also a plus because we felt safe, near the hospital and the mall for any shopping needs . Very responsive and friendly . Thank you very much for everything. I loved the place a lot. I was confused that the beach was so far away. Most Filipinos couldn't afford a place like this, but is ok for foreigners.

We had pleasant stay feels like we had the entire bldg on our own during the holy week ☺️ It was quite. Despite the bldg is under construction everything in the unit is functional. Security personnel were all accommodating. You can cook, hot and cold shower, it is indeed homey. Net connection is not yet that fast but I was able to work and it was explained prior check in. Kids loved the place as it was nearby 7/11 and pick up coffee. Few steps away from SM Lanang, nearby hospital and church. Also near sasa if your are planning to tour samal. Hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect spot because it is near the port and it is very secured since they have a gate.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! Despite being located at the heart of the city, the place is still so peaceful, it was like you can't even hear the busy city streets of Davao. The location is very accessible to all establishments that you might want/need to go to. On the other hand, the unit itself is very clean and nice! What you see in the pictures is truly what you'll see and experience in person. Miss Genevieve was very responsive and proactive in answering my inquiries despite the time difference. Also the staff, especially Ma'am Ann were very kind and welcoming. Truly a cozy home away from home. I will definitely be coming back here again soon! 🫶

I booked this place for my exams, hoping for a comfortable and peaceful stay - and it did not disappoint. The room was clean, cozy, and incredibly relaxing, which helped me stay focused and at ease. Awesome area next to abreeza mall and condo was great, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near everything.

Always choose to stay at this place since last year, for our staycations. Place is neat, has a good space for cooking and very accessible since downtown lang. Kasoo always booked haha shows how the place is nice and the hosts are very thoughtful and responsive. God Bless!

We had a last-minute booking at this unit due to some errands, and I’m so glad we chose this place! The host at Avida Condo was very approachable and considerate of our situation. Despite our long travel time, she was incredibly patient and quick to provide all the necessary information. Vangie was also very nice and accommodating, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The unit itself was fantastic clean, well-maintained, and to my surprise, located on the top floor with a beautiful view! It was such a treat to enjoy that scenic perspective. The internet connection was fast, and having access to Netflix was definitely a bonus. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

Mendy was a super friendly host that made us feel at home immediately. The view is amazing with a stunning panoramic view of the city, the bay and Samal island. We’ve spent many hours just watching the boats on the sea. Can’t wait to come back to Davao, we will definitely be staying here again!
