it's always a 5-star for me when the bedsheet linens and pillows, towels, and curtains are clearly fresh and clean!!! the house makes one easily feel at home immediately. PLUS POINTS for sqeaky clean kitchen utensils and tools! hooray for availability of hot and cold water 24/7!!! aircon units emit fresh air, so great! we felt very safe while seeing the cctv recordings around the perimeter. perfect place for cute hatchback car owners.

The A/C was working very good which was very important for us. Very clean place . Near the guard house which was also a plus because we felt safe, near the hospital and the mall for any shopping needs . Very responsive and friendly . Thank you very much for everything. We had pleasant stay feels like we had the entire bldg on our own during the holy week ☺️ It was quite. Despite the bldg is under construction everything in the unit is functional. Security personnel were all accommodating. You can cook, hot and cold shower, it is indeed homey. Net connection is not yet that fast but I was able to work and it was explained prior check in. Kids loved the place as it was nearby 7/11 and pick up coffee. Few steps away from SM Lanang, nearby hospital and church. Also near sasa if your are planning to tour samal. Hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! Despite being located at the heart of the city, the place is still so peaceful, it was like you can't even hear the busy city streets of Davao. The location is very accessible to all establishments that you might want/need to go to. On the other hand, the unit itself is very clean and nice! What you see in the pictures is truly what you'll see and experience in person. Miss Genevieve was very responsive and proactive in answering my inquiries despite the time difference. Also the staff, especially Ma'am Ann were very kind and welcoming. Truly a cozy home away from home. I will definitely be coming back here again soon! 🫶

The place was really homey and clean, the couch and bed were very comfortable. Kate & Jun were accommodating of my request for a late check out. The area itself was really peaceful and quiet, very secure as well as there are quite a number of guards and staff always on duty. I did not feel unsafe even if I was travelling solo. Will definitely consider booking them again.

Always choose to stay at this place since last year, for our staycations. Place is neat, has a good space for cooking and very accessible since downtown lang. Kasoo always booked haha shows how the place is nice and the hosts are very thoughtful and responsive. God Bless!

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

Great location, heart of the city, accessible to everything, great cityscape and sunrise view from the lounge room is the best! I love the place tho it is a small place, it is ideal for couple. Everything is working and everything i need for a short stay was there except for a hair dryer but there is an electric fan if you will need one. If i may suggest tho', a towel in the kitchen and a foot towel in the cr would be perfect. The surrounding is lovely, quiet and private. There is no hassle in going in&out of the place. The guards are all very kind .
