Ma’am Riza’s is so friendly and understanding, and the place is amazing, it looks just like the pictures.

I love where the place is located because it’s close to all the establishments. I also love how the room was clean and exactly like in the picture. The total bonus point for me was the location of the room—it has an overlooking view of the city, which is especially beautiful at night because of the city lights. Oh, and an extra bonus is that they offer free water! Overall, I am happy with my stay at their place.

I would always love to return again should I get the opportunity!!

The unit is very convenient and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect if you prefer to cook during your stay. We also appreciated the honesty store, it was a thoughtful and helpful touch! Highly recommended!

This was our fourth time staying in this house, and as always, it was worth every penny! The place is spacious, making it perfect for family gatherings and barkada trips. We always appreciate how comfortable and accommodating the space is, which is why we keep coming back. The caretakers are friendly, and the host is always responsive and welcoming. A big plus for us was how considerate they were—after finishing a trail run race, we asked if we could extend our stay for a couple more hours to freshen up, and they graciously allowed us to stay for free. That kind of hospitality goes a long way! While no stay is ever perfect, the overall experience has always been enjoyable, which is why we continue to return. Looking forward to staying here again soon! Highly recommended for those looking for a spacious and accommodating place to stay.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless and exactly like the photos. The blackout curtains let me sleep soundly every night, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was rock-solid for Zoom meetings. Debbie, the host, replied to every message within minutes. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this condo unit! The place was exceptionally clean, incredibly cozy, and came with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Agnes was outstanding as a host—she was not only prompt in her responses but also provided clear and detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The internet was fast and reliable, which was essential for me for both work and leisure. We had loads of fun at the swimming pool that stays open until 9 PM, and at just £1.50 per guest. Sasa port is just a short walk away, making a day trip to Samal Island very convenient. There are also several shops nearby, and food delivery options are readily accessible, Plus, the airport is only a quick 10-minute drive away! I had a wonderful time in Davao, and I will definitely book this condo again for my next trip. Everything exceeded my expectations and so worth it.

I had a great stay here. The room was just as described. The shower was hot and had great pressure. There were no ants like I have seen at many other places. The Gym and Pool were spectacular. Very walkable with the mall nearby as well as many food options. And for those not aware there is a poker room just a few blocks away. That was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. If I had to complain about anything was that the AC is a bit on the louder side but it really wasn't an issue for me. The fan was also a great extra touch next to the bed. Thank you will definitely stay again if I return.

Overall good! the only thing missing is a mop we can use for the bathroom just in case. It's a very nice place to stay with due to privacy and security and there's not many people around. Breathtaking 360⁰ view on the rooftop as well! perfect for dates and photography!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb. Many thanks for the host.
