Matthew's place was better than we expected, very spacious and all necessities is there. Mark was my point of contact. He's very responsive and easy to communicate with. My family and relatives were very happy during our stay and will now for sure book the same place when we need a place to stay in Tagbilaran.

We enjoyed our stay at Golda’s. We loved the huge apartment with a big living room, kitchen space, big bedroom, bathroom with a bathtub, walk in closet, vanity and little terrace area out front. The views from the pool were beautiful. It’s a very peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and fun, they have a very nice little community there. :) They helped us rent a bike and plan trips when we needed. We just wish we had gotten the list of restaurants sooner. There is food available to order at the place, but eating out will take some planning due to the location. If you’re a rollerskater, talk to Harold, he’s got some good stories and there’s a nice skate spot by the pool. There is also a pool table near the entrance for a chill eve. The wifi worked well for working remotely. Overall, we had a great and relaxing time.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Bohol Sunside Resort, and I would stay there again. Good price for the accommodations. Very good restaurant, beautiful grounds, nice pool and very nice staff. I also liked the location. For 150 pesos, you can ride into town, or walk there in approximately 30 minutes. The wifi was good, though it did seem to go out occasionally, but only for a few minutes. The shower had plenty of hot water, and water volume was good. The A/C unit worked well too, which was very important to me. All in all, nice place. I recommend it highly.

Great stay and very nice staff . Airbnb was very clean , also the pool was cleaned every day and was a nice way to have a dip and wake up in morning . Airbnb is well maintained and in a safe secure resort area . Maisie and Vincent the hosts will help with anything . Thanks again and hope to see you next year !

We booked this property for a month and it definitely surpassed our expectations. Mariusz is a great host who’s professional and a quick responder for example, we were concerned about the review stating there wasn’t an AC in the bedroom, I spoke to mariusz about this and he provided an excellent fan for the bedroom. The property is in a great location, quick access to 7/11, sari stores, pharmacies, laundry service, restaurants, tricycles and only short drive to alona beach. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, great kitchen, excellent WiFi connection, a great AC, all kitchenware with gas cooker, rice cooker, good fridge/freezer, kettle, drinking water, toilet with shower, nice patio area with tables chairs etc. The service was great, regular bedding & towel changes, offered room cleaning and friendly staff. I just wish I found this place earlier before spending alot of money on hotels. Great value and If I’m ever back in Panglao I will definitely be booking again.

Put the name of the street not the sign name that is sitting inside of the property and say turn at the laundry mat. I drove by a couple of times because the street name was not as directed.

Mark is so accommodating. He contacted us ahead of time for the issue on our booked stay and he gave us best place to stay near Tabilaran. Also he gave us free ride. So generous! Will suggest this place to my family and friends who will visit Bohol. Hope to come back again in future. God bless.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The home is beautiful with comfortable beds. The house has a gate and a guard. What really made this place special is the dogs on the property. Girl and Boy are so sweet. Girl would always come outside the gate and stand by us until we got in a tuk tuk. They also have 4 puppies that we would call Angel Baby, Spot, Black tail and Black face. We took care of them and loved them all as if they were our own 😭 we miss all the dogs so much already. Seeing the whole family run to us every time we got back or open the door was the best. I would take them all if I could lol 🐕 Jenny and Queenie were quick to try and fix any issues we had at the house - and were very friendly as well, the aircon stopped working for the last 3 days in master room and was really hot other than that everything was great Thank you for letting my family stay at your home ♥️

The place located in very peaceful and quite area, the flat is quite big and really nice. We rented bike at Eddy's and visited many beautiful places around. We really enjoyed our stay and want to come back!

Thank you. Beautiful place with mangroves and the ocean out front. From main floor can see mangroves and from second floor can see the ocean. Local small beach with easy water access about 100 meters away.

The place was nice and the personel was very accommodating. However, the garbage was placed outside of the house (not sure if that was from the house), the water won’t run if one of the faucet was on, the door of the room downstairs won’t lock, air condition is super cold, place is very comfortable especially the rooms. However, there are trash in the 2nd floor cr from the previous renter. Would probably rent again soon. Thank you!

This was the perfect place for me and my family (teenage kids) to stay. We are not into resorts we like to be independent and cook a bit too. Loved the balcony and pool plus the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Our family had plenty of private space. A bonus is that you can make a shortcut to the beach through the new wing of Hennan if you use their facilities such as their great beach bar which has 2 for 1 happy hour at 3pm daily. It made the holiday and also the nice restaurant and deli next door at the Tip Top. Will stay again, thanks guys great hosts.

I booked Steve and Cherrie’s place for my best friend and her cousins as a bonding getaway, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to Alona Beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. It made everything so easy and convenient for them. They had a fantastic time, and the place was clean, comfortable, and just right for relaxing and spending quality time together. Steve and Cherrie were kind and responsive hosts throughout the stay. I’d gladly recommend this place to family and friends, and we’d love to book again in the future!

We loved the place and would recommend this to our friends and family. If you are looking somewhere near to the chocolate hills, Lorenzo’s place is the place you are looking for. It has huge space for a big family. Good for a short staycation like for a night or two since it has no kitchen, utensils and appliances to cook food and fridge during your stay. But all in all, we are happy and accept the downside. Lorenzo is very responsive and the caretaker is very helpful.
