Villa holiday rentals in Dattenberg

Every year, we travel as a group of 12 men on Ascension Day to a place in Germany and spend 5 days together. We felt very much at home with Ruth. There are plenty of seating options and, what was important to us, a shared table. We were surprised by the gas grill, which was not yet in the description. But we mostly used the fireplace. The sauna is tip top. We would have liked one or two more beer glasses, but that's not a big deal on family trips. All in all, the area offers great hiking opportunities. I would have liked a bakery within walking distance.

Lovely apartment in a historic villa. Beautiful large common spaces with also games for my daughter. The host was friendly, were kindly welcomed by 1 of the temporary residents. We stayed there for 1 night on the way back from vacation in France. There was plenty of time to take a nice walk to the castle and eat there in a restaurant or walk to the center. Plenty of beautiful fairytale castles to be seen in the surrounding area.

We had a great time in the atypical installation house. The accommodation is ideally located for making beautiful discoveries of the surrounding villages. The accommodation is clean, the bed sheets and bath sheets are made available by the host. The accommodation has several floors, and quite a few stairs, two of which are spiral. Iveta is such a great host, very responsive and attentive during our stay. We thank her for her kindness and availability.

We stayed for a family reunion with 14 people (18-81 years) in Vera's accommodation, who warmly welcomed us on arrival and provided us with all the information. We immediately felt very comfortable and in great weather we also used the garden and barbecue area. The villa as well as the cottage have been renovated with love for detail and offer enough space for large groups/families. We didn't miss anything. In Unkel everything is within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, train station etc) and the place has beautiful alleys and half-timbered houses. We had bikes with us and made beautiful bike rides along the Rhine from the house. We highly recommend this property and would be happy to come back.

The house is exactly as described. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. We were there with seven people, which was no problem at all, as the rooms are all very spacious. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the check-in was friendly. The only drawback was the (one) mattress. We then swapped beds and were able to solve the problem (for the children, the mattress was not a problem). I would book the house again at any time.

It was very lovely and beautiful villa for the big group. The villa located in beautiful area with very nice place for walking and plenty restaurants . Rooms of villa are even better than in fotos ! The kitchen well occupied ! We were a group adult with children and everyone was happy and independent! Children have much place for fun ! Definitely recommend the Villa for cochem and Ballstein cities visiting . It’s so good to return in calm place after touristic places . Highly recommend for big group , companies of an ages ! And great thank you to owners ! They are very friendly and ready to help any question I good well come back !!

Excellent comfortable and neat B&B, nice surprise upon arrival. Quiet location centrally located with fun possibilities for day trips to e.g. Cochem, Trier and Koblenz.

We had a great weekend with the family. Everything worked out great and Karen was very friendly! We liked the house and everything was clean and cozy. The surrounding area is very beautiful.

My friends and I really had a perfect weekend. Beautiful location overlooking beautiful and free land. Wonderfully quiet and quiet. The house has everything and more you can expect from a home and more! Kitchen fully stocked with everything including herbs, liqueur, serving boards, etc. All bathrooms provided with shampoo, body wash, body lotion, towels, washcloths. In addition, helpful instructions with how the house works. Just mentioning positive stuff. The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this airbnb was. If I could give over 10/10, I would have done it.

Located on the edge of the forest, with a large lounge with a fireplace and views of ponds, meadows and forest, the Forest Lodge was an ideal place for us - 5 people with a dog - an ideal place for a reunion over the turn of the year. A nice place for a few days in quiet surroundings that invites you to walks, chats by the fireplace, reading at one of the large windows, cooking and eating together. Sincere thanks for the well thought out hospitality!

Wonderful stay. Appreciated Florian's effort in communicating with us beforehand as well as throughout the checkin process. The perfect house for our type and size of group.

We are really very excited about the place, we were 12 women and had a bachelor party. In the evening we grilled in the garden and there is everything you need in the house. Each floor has its own bathroom and there is plenty of room for everyone. We'll be happy to come back sometime!

We celebrated our family reunion at the Haus am Berg. It was great to have everyone in one house with bathrooms for each room. The large lounge with kitchen, beautiful dining area and cozy couches was perfect. Really a great location for groups and families who want to cook together. There is a lot to do in the area, we can highly recommend the hiking routes around the house. Thanks to the friendly and open hosts.

We found it wonderful. It was a perfect fit for us. We had a family meeting, there was enough space in the house for everyone and also room for children to play. In the evening we were able to make a cinema evening (private laptop) thanks to the projector and screen. At noon, there were standup paddles, a water bike and swimming vests in the shed. There was also table tennis and sun loungers. A new electric grill was also there. Everything very nice and cozy. Right on the Lahn (you can hear it all night ) withe noise for the baby was superfluous. Key provision was always personal with a staff member. There were also flowers and fresh fruit. It was a bit annoying for us (and that's individual because it didn't fit with our family and I wouldn't deduct a star for it) the fire doors are very heavy and therefore our 5-year-old could not go to the toilet alone. The beds are low, which is difficult for the elderly to get up there.

We stayed with a group of 6 adults and 5 small children between 6 months and 4 years and felt super comfortable. There was everything you need for the kids: high chairs, crib, night lights, stair gates, stools, potters, children's dishes and really lots of toys inside and outside. There's really nothing missing. The kitchen was also well equipped. The pool was a highlight. At least one day it was warm enough to jump in. For the summer, that's certainly great. Degi was also totally friendly and easy to reach. Existing deficiencies in the play equipment were resolved immediately. We felt really comfortable and will definitely be back.

Always good to stay there, its our second time, this time in the house next door that we stayed last year's. The house's are very similar and great for larger groups. We had an issue with the hot water that was solved by Dominic, always very responsive when we need. Always a good choice.

With our family of 2 parents and 4 adult children and their partners, we had a wonderful week. The house met all expectations; spotless, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. What was striking, after previous experiences, was that crockery and cutlery were very widely available and the kitchen equipment was more than complete. Nothing was misplaced. The amenities were as promised. Delightful free garden. However, we soon received a notification that we had to take the noise into account with the neighbors. When we unexpectedly had no hot water, a technician arrived within an hour of reporting it and quickly fixed it. A bottle of sparkling wine for the suffering, not necessary, but nice.

Everything went smoothly. It was clean. We definitely had fun. Thank you for a great day or evening.

We had a great weekend at Ricarda's house. The garden with pool and sauna was great! Quietly located and equipped with everything you need.
