It is the penultimate house in front of the forest entrance and therefore perfect for walks. Animal roommates are not allowed to stay with us.

The beautiful new apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and parking space are available. The kitchen has a stove with oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Linen and towels are provided.
