As the reviews already show - a very great apartment! The apartment is very large, clean and bright, quiet and with direct views of the countryside. Out of the window you see horses and pheasants. The apartment is stylish and simply furnished, we particularly liked the large sofa, the high-quality towels and linens. We spent the weekend there with our 1.5 year old daughter and it was very relaxing and straightforward for all of us. The hosts could not be nicer and more likeable! We would like to come back again.

The apartment was not only absolutely clean and stylishly furnished, but also equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. From the comfortable bed to the well-equipped kitchen to the super-fast WiFi - everything has been thought of. The location is great - quiet, but still central with good connections to public transport, cafés and shops nearby. I would especially like to highlight the hosts: super friendly, helpful and always quickly available for questions. You can immediately tell that they really care about the well-being of their guests. I can recommend this accommodation without any restrictions and will be happy to come back if I get the chance. Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully thought out to the millimeter and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy. Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay. Cedric and his family are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed spending a weekend on their farm. The alpacas are a great addition, very nice to meet them.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in this apartment! The location is absolutely top-notch – located a bit outside the city, so it's quiet, but also a perfect starting point for activities. The apartment was blitz clean and well equipped. The connection to public transport is also ideal, so you can quickly get anywhere. Overall, I can only highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again at any time!

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Those who value the opportunity to watch television should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

My partner and I enjoyed the stay in the apartment very much. The apartment is very nicely decorated and was very very clean! Small touches like drinks in the fridge made you feel comfortable right away. The location of the apartment is also very nice and quiet. Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
