Our house with a private entrance and private garden is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is within a 6-7-minute walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay, and a 1-2-minute drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to get there by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. A pleasant walking path for those who like to walk =) Being so close to the center of Datça and having the opportunity to stay in nature is one of the elements that make our house special.

You can have a pleasant vacation with your family in our house, which is completely private to you in the Kızlan resort. Our detached villa in the city center of Datça is in a location that is isolated from the crowd enough to ensure your privacy. You can spend your holiday comfortably and peacefully in the garden surrounded by trees. The main entrance doors and terrace coverings of our house, inspired by Safranbolu architecture, were specially produced and brought from abroad. Downstairs there is an open kitchen, living room, patio and 1 toilet. Upstairs there is a toilet-bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a terrace

Our house is 5-10 minutes on foot to the stony beach and the marina, the second floor of a house with a garden and the entrances are separate. I and my parents live downstairs, so our house can be called a family business. The house is in one of the most popular,safe, gurgling and traffic-free neighborhoods of the dataca for holiday, it is very clean and very close to the city park. Although we rent the second floor of our house, you can use the facilities offered by our garden.
