KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Bring your tent & camp in the yard if you like! It's all about spending priceless time together and creating memories.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Ample parking in front of the house for at least 4 cars, can also accommodate boat trailers. Washer and Dryer on first floor. FYI there are stairs to climb.

No damage!! This place to stay is truly one of a kind. Come stay at our cozy but spacious tiny home on Beach Rd. 4 miles to Keaton Beach, 20 miles to Steinhatchee, and 16 miles to Downtown Perry. Sleeps 4 guests - Main bedroom consists a queen bed and the upstairs loft offers 2 twin beds. Spacious bathroom with double vanity and 2 shower heads. After a long day, come back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the front porch. We also have a grill, fire pit, and picnic table for our guests.

Suwannee River getaway in beautiful Gilchrist County, Florida. A beautifully kept one bedroom, one bath, modular home on a wooded lot with plenty of parking for boats and trailers. This house sleeps 2 in the single bedroom. We have tried to provide every amenity for a relaxing stay. Ideally situated across from the Rock Bluff boat ramp for the boating and fishing enthusiasts. The Rock Bluff General Store is right next door, Rock Bluff Springs is across the street.

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.
