Holiday rentals with breakfast in Dar Chaabane El Fehri

Our stay at «  charming house » was excellent. The property was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere. It is ideally located near several wonderful places to visit, making it convenient to explore the area. The host was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay

they deserved my 5 stars, as it's clean property and close for everything. Sayf was helpful and easy to communicate.

All the shops are close by.

A beautiful house in a quiet area we rest very well with family, Zakia a very nice person very attentive as well as her husband the welcome was beautiful, I recommend this house 100% so much about the cleanliness, geographical location and calm in any case thank you so much for your welcome.

We had a lovely stay at Moncef's, the proximity to the sea is very nice! The apartment is spacious with our two children. A favorite for the garden turtles, which were very much appreciated by the kids.

Sidi Bou Said is a wonderful artist village with very nice cafes . The apartment is located below the village on the beach. The apartment is tastefully decorated, a small outdoor area invites you to linger. Best orange juice at the kiosk and Sami tip top as a landlord.

I loved this place so much, I had to book it again! and I’d come back a third time in a heartbeat. The location is unbeatable: tucked away just enough to feel private and peaceful, but still super close to everything you might need. The space itself is warm, stylish, and incredibly cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Rania and Ali are amazing hosts. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home, from thoughtful little touches throughout the space to quick and friendly communication. I always felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for during my stay.

We came back a year later and the house is still great. Both inside and out are really perfect. Thanks to the owners for their welcome:)

Very nice apartment, the beach is not far away. It's very quiet at night. A few streets away is still a huge construction site right now, but you don't really notice it. Supermarkets and restaurants are a little remote, but we knew that:) Sabrine provides you well with information. And Sabrine even makes sure that cuddle monkeys left in the apartment end up with her owner again:)

A big thank you to Sonia for her hospitality, kindness and availability. The tastefully decorated accommodation is perfect with everything you need and of good quality. The common areas are very well maintained and the maintenance staff are discreet and available. Very well located between La Marsa and Tunis. I would recommend it 100%

Good stay! It's 1:1 with the photos, everything was on point. Host very generously provides extra basic supplies and services that go above and beyond. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood at all hours and times, it is very chill. It is not hectic like in Tunis proper. Location gives you no shortage of food and grocery options within a 3 to 12 minute walk. The apartment is very suitable and comfortable for a long stay. The bed was good. The kitchen had everything. Having a wash machine and clothesline to hang was perfect. I attended online classes everyday for weeks. The internet is extremely stable but with a low upstream. You can always hear & see perfectly, but your outgoing video will pause to the other party a few seconds here and there. The bathroom fan is close to the volume level of a jackhammer. This is the only thing I'd change.

They were adorable from start to finish, always smiling, available and responsive to the slightest message. We immediately feel comfortable at home. The accommodation matched the listing perfectly: clean, well-equipped, quiet and very pleasant to live in. Everything came together for a serene and comfortable time. I highly recommend this guest house. The host, Abir, and her assistant Siwar, demonstrated exemplary responsiveness and helpfulness. The service was really exceptional! The table d'hôtes offered delicious cuisine, carefully prepared, and breakfast was both hearty and varied. I also recommend that you enjoy the massage offered by a professional (state-accredited) It's a must-see place where I'll be sure to come back! Thanks for everything.

Philippe was the best host we could meet, whose kindness and generosity are unmatched. Ideal location in the heart of the medina. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with great authenticity and taste. And especially two beautiful terraces overlooking the bay of Hammamet. An extremely hearty Tunisian breakfast offered every morning! I can only highly recommend choosing Philippe as a Host, who will become my annual meeting in Hammamet. A harbor of peace within the medina. Sabri has succeeded in his bet, combining tradition and modernity in a guest house like the Riads of Marrakech. Hospitality is top of mind and starts with a welcome with pastries and lemonades. Everything is homemade by Sonia, the head of the kitchen. Breakfast is hearty. I advise you to book a dinner with her. Amazing to be able to rest in peace and relax in the pool 2 steps from the heart of the city. The staff is really very attentive. Thank you Hajer, Sonia, Sabri and the person who picked us up to tell us the house.
