The location and room decor were great, and the host was very responsive! It was a very good accommodation, so I would definitely like to go again!

This was our second long trip to Korea. Until now, we had always stayed in Seoul, but this time we decided to try Songdo — and the result exceeded even our highest expectations. Unlike Seoul, Songdo features ultra-modern buildings, infrastructure, and surroundings. We especially loved the apartment’s location near a student campus and Central Park. The park itself is a true work of art. Since I’m a programmer, I would walk to the park and back almost every day after work — it became part of my routine. Up until now, my favorite place in Korea was Busan, but Songdo is definitely just as amazing. I love Korea for its technology, cleanliness, and modern vibe. Staying in this apartment in Songdo was the perfect way to experience all of that.

The response was friendly, and I think I used it about 10 times when I was in the military.

I booked an Airbnb because I didn't want to stay in a motel after going on a business trip to Incheon. The detailed instructions made it easy to find the accommodation! As soon as I entered the house, I liked it because it smelled fragrant, but the bathroom and room were so clean that it was so nice. The bed and pillows were also comfortable, so I slept well without any inconvenience. If I visit Incheon again next time, I think I'll book here again:)

I highly recommend it if you need to stay with your family or friends in Songdo. It's a good value, and there are 4 rooms and 9 beds. Two bathrooms. I was able to use it without any shortage because there was a dining table and 8 chairs. Also, how clean it is, there is no dust on the interior accessories. The bathroom was clean without any mold. Central Park is about a 10-minute walk away. Costco is a 5-minute walk from the complex, so you can also see the Jangdo. The best part is that the boss is quick to respond and very friendly. There are many good hotels around. I felt that this Airbnb showed good quality that was comparable to a hotel.

The subway station is close and there are many restaurants nearby. There are 3 rooms and 3 queen beds, making it convenient for large families to use.

A very nice and cozy place for couples. There's a very nice view to appreciate as well. The hosts are also very friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The location is quite good too, being near a subway station. There's also a couple of 24Hr convenient stores just downstairs. Overall, highly recommend this place if having nice views is your kind of thing 👍

Sue’s place is very close to the University area and perfect for visiting your student. It is walkable to many restaurants and close to a metro stop. Sue went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable. Leaving us a gift of delicious Korean oranges and delivering water to the apartment for us to drink. Don’t hesitate to book Sue’s place. 100 percent awesome. Thank you so much, Sue!

The accommodation is clean and very pretty just like the photos.👍 The host responds quickly and is very kind.💕 It is close to the shopping district, so there are many restaurants, bars, and cafes, and the movie theater is nearby, so the location is really good! Even if there were a lot of bars nearby, it wasn't noisy at night, so I rested well before heading out.😊

There is no problem staying even if you don't take anything with you.

This was my fourth time staying at this place and once again, everything was perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable — close to public transport and great restaurants. Check-in is always smooth, and Yunhee is always responsive and reliable. It really feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely be back again !

This was my second time visiting with my family! We wanted to come back after having such a great stay before. The apartment was a great place to stay as usual! Very roomy and had everything that we needed. Perfect for a family to stay. Would definitely come back again!

This is a lovely room decorated with very good taste, comfy bed and well located. If you can’t sleep with light then I’d recommend bring a sleep mask, and if you can’t sleep with noise then bring some ear plugs, you can hear everything even from up there (traffic, horns, even people chatting). Very nice host.

I had to go to the airport at dawn, so I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. I stayed without any discomfort for 3 days, and it was so nice to be close to the airport. It was around Paradise City, so it was easy to eat and walk. It's a good location at a low price, so I'm willing to stay later!

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. It's so outstanding that there's no comparison to any other accommodation I've ever stayed in. Transportation convenience, the lake has a great view, a promenade with a lake, modernized interior facilities, and the host's thoughtful touch, etc. What a wonderful place! Nice view, modernized facility, well organized and comfortable various living tools, etc. There is no need to say it again!!!

The location is very good. There are restaurants, cafes, and amenities in the building, so it's easy to use, Lotte Mall and Galleria across the street, and you can also take a walk on the lake just a short walk away. It was very quiet without any outside noise at night, so I was able to relax comfortably.

I used it as a company business trip accommodation for more than 2 months. It was conveniently located close to the customer. The interior of the house is clean, and I'm very satisfied that it's a space that can be used like my home. I'm booking again for my next business trip. ^ ^;

I stayed because I had work at the Suwon Convention Center, but I'm satisfied enough to book it next time.
