Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dalston

We had a lovely stay at Sophie’s beautiful home in London Fields. The house is spacious, bright, clean, and very comfortable for a long visit. We felt a sense of calm as soon as we walked through the door, and were sad to leave after two weeks. Broadway Market is only a few minutes walk away, and is buzzing with fantastic restaurants, coffee, and art. The market on Saturdays and Sundays was a highlight of the trip. The local amenities like the park and lido are awesome for kids, too. Sophie made us feel right at home, and was hospitable and helpful throughout the visit. I cannot recommend Sophie’s home enough, and would happily stay here again.

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

My daughter and me had a wonderful stay at the lovely house of Keagon and Caroline. It was like coming home, easy to access and so peaceful to settle down. We also loved the lively neighborhood, nice little shops, the suns cafe in the park, the artwordsbookshop... The conversation with the hosts was very friendly and easy. We would surely love to come again.

Patrick has a beautiful house and it was lovely to stay there over the Easter weekend. Almost like our own boutique hotel! So quiet ,while being close to transport links and Walthamstow Village etc very close by. It was very relaxing and the way the house is appointed made it a lovely stay. His house guides were excellent and the kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed.

We had an incredible stay at Antonia’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy and supportive, and we all slept like logs every night. The stylish decor gave the home such a warm, welcoming vibe, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into every detail. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and public transport, which made exploring the area a breeze. What really made the experience special was Antonia’s outstanding hospitality. Communication was prompt and friendly from start to finish, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket and local tips. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed—from a modern kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and even a washing machine. Traveling with young children can be tricky, but this place was ideal.

One of the best AirBnB in years. An amazing house, clean, good public transport connection, super well equipped, great places in the vicinity, all you need for a great stay in London with a larger group! This will definitely be on my "come back to" list. Thanks Annie for being a great host!

Venetia’s flat is absolutely adorable! Quiet neighborhood in a great location, with super easy access to restaurants, shops, and of course buses and overground trains. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice linens, and the kitchen is fully outfitted. The sitting room is comfortable and light-filled, and the garden is quite lovely. The only downsides were the finicky Nespresso machine (could have been user error) and the lack of a clothes dryer (notwithstanding what the listing says). Venetia is super nice and very responsive. All in all I would definitely stay at Venetia’s flat again!

We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

Anders’ flat was lovely, clean, and spacious. The towels and bed linens were better than the very expensive hotel we stayed at prior to our stay. The king bed was heavenly. The transit station was a stone’s throw from the back door and there were both affordable and high end places to eat nearby. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

Very lovely, cozy apartment and great, caring host! We very much enjoyed our stay in a spacious nicely decorated apartment with all necessary amenities. Guy is a very welcoming and nice host, greeted us with bottle of prosecco:) Definitely recommend to everyone and would love to return again to this place.

Ok Moira is Definitely the Best most helpful and accommodating Host! Her husband David met us wen we got off the Underground so he could walk us to the flat and show us everything! Anytime I reached out to her she had the quickest responses. Their place is just outside of London city and so easy to navigate around. There is a sweet canal right next to it with sweet little places to grab something to eat, its super safe and friendly and a Great stroll! I highly recommend staying here!!! Lisa / New Jersey

This place is absolutely amazing! The design is stunning, with every detail carefully thought out. The location is perfect, situated in a super convenient area of London. It’s close to public transport, including Overground stations, and there are bus stops just a short walk away. You’ll also find plenty of large supermarkets nearby, as well as a lively street full of restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. Gabriella was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always available and quick to respond to any questions. It’s rare to find such a combination of a beautiful space, a prime location, and such amazing hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Izzy’s flat was perfect for our long weekend stay in the Hackney/Clapton area. Very centrally located and walkable, and a beautiful, clean, quiet, and charming accommodation. Izzy was a great host with clear and timely communication. Would recommend!

Really solid apartment in a wonderful area of Hackney, easy to get in, fine for a solo trip or a couple, nice balcony. Nothing flashy but very solid for the price!

A weekend trip made extra lovely by our stay at Harriet's place! A truly beautiful, artist's home soaked in feel-good colours and dopamine decorations. The ground floor apartment has privacy windows and a great private backyard, total suntrap, perfect for summer evening dinners or morning coffee and is situated on a very peaceful no-through road. Sparklingly clean. The sleeping arrangement was a sofabed, however a very comfy one with luxe bedding. Harriet was always on hand to answer any questions and just generally lovely. We absolutely fell in love with the vibrant neighbourhood and especially with the deli on the corner, Palm 2. Delicious sweet treats and salad bar. We were so sad to go!

Ruta’s place is pretty ideal. It’s a short walk from multiple bus lines and grocery stores. We loved the terrace and the flat is super comfy. Most importantly, we ran into a number of issues with the washing machine and Ruta was extremely responsive to resolving the issue. My colleague and I were in town for our doctoral program and most days we were out by 8am and got back very late. Due to our schedule and competing demands, we were unable to tackle watering the plants before we left one day. It was easy to communicate that we were unable to assist with this chore as agreed and she happily asked her point of contact in the building to take care of it for us. Ruta’s willingness to accommodate and responsiveness is commendable. I’d stay here again any time!

It was honestly the perfect studio. I felt so comfortable and loved how quickly the hosts responded making my stay even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of food options nearby, Co-Op is like a 2-3 min walk and the space was super clean. I highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you!

Sophie’s place is truly unique find. The proximity to a beautiful park and the groovy bustle of Hackney is very enjoyable. Her place is stylish and unique. She has a keen eye for design. Sophie even met us and showed us the particulars of her home. Highly recommend!
