Apartment holiday rentals in Dakshina Kannada

We stayed for 2 nights and the apartment is in 4th floor which has a lift. My father is a wheel chair person and it was a ease to take him in a lift. Good location and it is on the main road. Restaurants are near by. Krishna temple s just 3 kms from this place. Kitchen is well equipped with all basic needs. Even they refills the coffee powder, sugar on daily basis. We did not find any issues or problems staying at this place. It is highly recommended to friends or family. Under Budget.

Great location - lot of restaurants, shops, departmental store nearby. Apartment was cozy, rooms were clean. Will surely come back.

To start with eventhough when it was a late night checkin Mr.Sabir helped me and did a warm welcome. Everyday he made sure if I needed any help . House was really really home feel and exactly same as in the pics.Was very well maintained and clean. You have the very famous restaurant Machali just walkable distance from the stay. And just in the front of the house Provisional store is available where you can get the needs and other 3 stores also there close by. You will surely enjoy the stay. I parked my SUV vehicle inside the property. They have a roof in the entrance gate which is fully cushioned cause it's low lying and to avoid hit- which is very thoughtful... Dinesh was very friendly and helpful for any requirements we had. The stay was very homely and would definitely recommend when travelling with family.

Absolutely an amazing experience. The place is at a very convenient location which makes travel very easy. Kitty and Arrol were extremely helpful, from being there to help us out even for an extremely early check-in, to helping us out with local recommendations. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We had a comfortable stay at Chaaya’s place for 2 days 1. naresh ji her caretaker is very prompt and helpful. He was very responsive for anything we needed 2. The place is neat , with everything in working condition - TV, ACs in 2 rooms , washing machine , wifi , geysers in both bathrooms,a kitchen with all basic utensils, microwave and a water dispenser. 3. The apartment is good for families . 4. It has a good parking lot with enough space. 5. It is well equipped with everything needed for few days. 6. The location was little difficult for us at first but after Naresh ji himself came to guide us when we moved in , we were fine to be on our own 6. And lastly, it was value for money . Thank you Chaaya for making our trip comfortable
