Located on a hill with a good view, you can overlook the scenery of Nara from the veranda and the second floor windows. We created a clean and comfortable space with the image of a home where you can stay as if it were your own. There are 4 rooms, each with 2 single beds. 15 minutes by cable car from Torii-mae Station, a 10-minute walk, to Ikoma Mountain Amusement Park, the night view of Osaka from the top of the mountain is so good that it was certified by the "COOL JAPAN AWARD 2019". In addition, the approach to Horyu-ji Temple, which starts right next to the house, has restaurants with good views, so you can enjoy the old-fashioned atmosphere. The early morning walk is very refreshing. Ikoma Station is a 10-minute walk and is a convenient station with 4 lines. There are hills and stairs from Ikoma station, so if you have large luggage, I recommend taking a taxi from the station (about 700 yen) 10-minute walk to supermarket, department store, and restaurants. This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. For more information, please see the JAPAKU website, Google Maps, Instagram, etc. 　 Alcohol and a large delivery box are installed at the entrance. We are currently flexible with pricing for long-term stays, so please let us know. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 05, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

This is the best place to stay for all guests to enjoy. You can heal your daily fatigue while looking out at the Japanese garden from the veranda. You have a great nice view of the city of Nara and Ikoma. from the balcony of 2nd,3rd floor. The 2nd floor bed room catches the morning sun ,birds voice . Ikomayama-mountain itself is a power spot . And a place where you can receive power from the ancient city of Nara. So "Kerinosu" is a power spot! You can drink enough tea -Tochucha-from my garden ,I dried is delicious &good for your health. Receivable a healing exercise that is a meditation mixed Kerinosu- yoga movements if you like.

Highly recommend this place. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet. The room is clean, tidy and beautiful, the bed is very soft and comfortable. I really love my room! The host Sae is very kind and friendly. She will pick you up at the station on your arrival day and also drop you off at the station on your departure day. The last day of my trip, my flight has been canceled accidentally, Sae even let me stay until 1.30 p.m. Thank you so much, Sae, I hope I can come back again.

Kang and his family are absolutely incredible. As someone visiting Japan for the very first time, I was blown away by how warmly they welcomed me — they truly made me feel like part of their family. Their home is not just an Airbnb; it’s a haven of comfort and coziness, so much so that I often had to remind myself I was a guest, not a longtime friend staying over. While it’s a bit of a walk from the station — mostly uphill — trust me, it’s completely worth it for the experience you get. From spending a joyful day together at the park to going out of their way to drive me to the station when it rained, their kindness and generosity shone through every interaction. Leaving was genuinely bittersweet, but I know without a doubt I’ll be back. If you’re seeking a stay that offers authentic local charm and a peaceful break from Japan’s busy crowds, look no further — staying here will be one of the best choices you make. The hosts Tatsuro-san was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when I needed help with a delivery! The place is as described, clean, wonderful amenities with sufficient space for my family of 5. Everything was well-explained by Tatsuro-san. It's a pity I could not stay longer as we were returning but I would definitely choose to stay again! The place is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of convenient spots to purchase what you need. It is also within short distance of a train station. The other hosts, Ichiro-san & Eiko-san were also very friendly & hospitable. Sending us off on our last day of check-out with an omiyage too! I look forward to my next trip to Osaka and staying here once again!
