The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking. It has a separate entrance only for our guests. The apartment is furnished on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey residential building, with a converted attic. The apartment with bay window and balcony has a floor area of approx. 90 m². The three bedrooms are each separately lockable. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also the possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.

The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close.
