Our stay was amazing! Nice range of food at the breakfast buffet, great view not only from the room but also from the rooftop pool and bar. They also have amazing massages. We recommend it a lot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The set up was ideal for our family needs with a large swimming pool attached to the apartment block and the beach (and another pool) a 5 minute walk away. The beach at Danang is awesome and child friendly, this is always a major draw for us when selecting a destination to take a break. The location of the apartment is quiet and may not suit those who want easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, bars etc. Because of this one suggestion may be to have some basic condiments available depending on guests such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc. There is a restaurant on site and was good for us and the staff were attentive. Communication with the host was very good and it is easy to connect and get any information needed. In short, we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying again.

The room was good, although there was a bit of an issue with the staff, the homeowner was quick to respond and resolve the issue, overall good and good value

Very pleased with the hotel. The location is good. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes around. The sea is 5 minutes away. There is a smart TV. They give water every day. There are disposable toothbrushes, bathrobes, even a razor. The receptionists are very polite. The couple received a cake for their birthday. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Good walkable location, a 24 hour market close by, can access the city via walk or scooter. The staff was great and the cleaning staff was lovely.

The stay in Thu's apartment was exceptional, undoubtedly one of the best I've ever been to! The apartment is cared for in every detail, comfortable and perfectly clean. Phuoc An Hotel in Da Nang is worth recommending! The front desk lady is nice, and the location is right next to the Dragon Bridge. There are 4 bottles of water in the room every day. The cleaning is good. 24 hours ago. The price is affordable. Some private B&Bs are far from comparable to this one, thank you.

I went on a trip with 7 friends, but there were 7 rooms and two rooms with two beds, so I rested very comfortably, and the most worried communication was so comfortable, and it was a trip that I felt sorry for the person who worked because they cleaned well without having to talk to them. The staff is so friendly. Strongly recommended

Great place to stay. Very convenient location and clean room with good views over De Nang. The bakery below is lovely to come down to in the morning. Would recommend.

Magnificent beach view - you can see not only the sea but the sand and palm trees. Big windows, very spacious airy & bright. Balcony provides exceptional privacy as well as beach view. Somewhat austere, and very dignified, traditional Vietnamese furniture. There's a live ficus tree in the living room and a live plant on the desk. Quite an odd building; but great location. The desk in front of the big window overlooking the beach is a remote workers dream. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable bed. If you have very good earplugs you will sleep like a baby.
