Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Da Kao

Linh was very helpful when we needed even when we asked where to go to eat etc. I would highly recommend this airbnb and the location is great

We stayed in this apartment several times during a long trip to Vietnam and felt very much at home every time. The apartment has lots of light with large windows on two sides, the bed is very comfy and we liked the view. It is also exceptionally clean and cleaning service was provided during our stay. We also enjoyed the area, close to the river for evening walks and with lots of restaurants in walking distance or easily reachable by Grab. Any and Tien were very responsive to any questions we had, provided great recommendations for food in the area and were flexible about check in and check out times. Thanks a lot and we hope to be back soon!

- L'hôte est très sympathique et disponible ; l'arrivée avec rencontre en personne est un atout selon moi ; j'ai fait une erreur de date dans ma réservation, et il n'y a eu que bienveillance avant acceptation de remboursement - Le logement est propre, encore plus spacieux que sur les photos, très confortable, assez bien équipé (micro-ondes, cuiseuse de riz, frigo rempli d'eau et de bières!, bouilloire, casseroles, machine à laver) pour des séjours de courte à moyenne durée ; la wifi fonctionne bien ; se situe dans une ruelle à l'abri du vacarme urbain, des travaux à proximité mais se terminaient à mon départ ; l'accès au logement est un peu laborieux (rideau métallique + portail + porte d'entrée) mais cet aspect reste impossible à améliorer, et on s'y accommode bien devant les autres avantages - La localisation est optimale (plein centre, beaucoup de visites à proximité, laverie, restaurants) ; la piscine mentionnée est municipale, à 200m Une location avec un bel avenir devant elle !

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

My stay at Mustang 11:11 Boutique was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the host, Thi Tuyet Anh, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, offering local tips and always being readily available to answer any questions. The homestay itself was superb. The amenities were excellent – everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully provided. I particularly appreciated the Bathtub & the Projector in the room. It truly felt like a home away from home. And the location? Simply perfect! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is good, in a pretty quiet area and only a short car trip (5-10min) to district 1. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We had a few minor hiccups with the place but the hosts were responsive and resolved everything very quickly.

Staying at Tien & Any's place was nothing short of exemplary. Clear check-in instructions and the place was tucked away from the loud streets. Very peaceful and still close enough to all major attractions. Tien & Any were very responsive and are great hosts. 10/10 strong recommendation and would definitely stay here again if I'm in HCMC. Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

We loved our stay at the place, and not to mention to our lovely host! She was courteous and helpful even when we had trouble to keep our rented scooter in the garage! Would definitely highly recommend this stay if you guys want a quaint stay right in the heart of Saigon!

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon
