Loved our stay at this apartment. clean, comfy, and well-equipped. Good for family stay or group. It is Located in a quiet spot but still just a short walking distance to Duc Ba Church, Independence Palace, and tons of cafes and restaurants. A good balance of peace and central convenience.

Amazing apartment in HCMC! Our host Raymond was extremely responsive and helpful the whole way. The apartment was very clean and tidy just like the photos and the best part is that it's located in an extremely convenient location within District 1, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our trip. The rooftop pool had an amazing view too! We had a great time staying here and we would definitely return the next time we are back in town!

I had a mixed experience at this property. The flat was luxurious with exceptional facilities and stunning views, which earned it a 5-star rating in my book. However, the logistics of getting luggage from the entrance to the flat were a major hassle due to the no-vehicle policy inside the premises. It would be great if this could be considered for future guests, especially those with heavy luggage.

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

The house is far beyond expectations, the location is good, the floor is high, and the scenery is beautiful.The apartment building standards are very high, the equipment is high-end, kitchen supplies, refrigerator, to the bathroom toilet washbasin are top brands.What surprised me was that there was also a clothes care machine.Great experience, will come here again next time.

I've stayed here a few times before - so I know the area. It's an apartment in an older local apartment block. Friendly people, close to a small park and close to a bunch of eateries and etc. I enjoyed my stay once again.

We stayed in this apartment several times during a long trip to Vietnam and felt very much at home every time. The apartment has lots of light with large windows on two sides, the bed is very comfy and we liked the view. It is also exceptionally clean and cleaning service was provided during our stay. We also enjoyed the area, close to the river for evening walks and with lots of restaurants in walking distance or easily reachable by Grab. Any and Tien were very responsive to any questions we had, provided great recommendations for food in the area and were flexible about check in and check out times. Thanks a lot and we hope to be back soon!

We stayed at Duyen's place for five days in HCMC. Our stay was smooth, and she was very helpful whenever we had questions. We dined out every time, so we didn’t use the kitchen, but the kitchen amenities were available. The location of area was convenient, the place was clean, and the price was great for an accommodation in HCMC.

Our stay at Tina place was nothing short of amazing . From moment we arrived , we felt immersed in Vietnam vibrant culture and warm hospitality . Nestled in a lovely quiet neighborhood, the property was perfectly situated, yet a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Waking up to a view of the city skyline was magical. Tina gave us lots of useful notice during this special time. ( lots of road block cuz of the parade) highly recommended ! We will cherish our time here and cannot wait to return.

Great place to stay! A little tricky to find, but was able to find with Huy’s helpful directions! Huy’s staff helped transport our luggage up the many stairs, nice private area, some noise at night but did not affect or stay or sleep! Overall a great stay!

My stay at Mustang 11:11 Boutique was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the host, Thi Tuyet Anh, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, offering local tips and always being readily available to answer any questions. The homestay itself was superb. The amenities were excellent – everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully provided. I particularly appreciated the Bathtub & the Projector in the room. It truly felt like a home away from home. And the location? Simply perfect! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. You won't be disappointed!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is good, in a pretty quiet area and only a short car trip (5-10min) to district 1. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We had a few minor hiccups with the place but the hosts were responsive and resolved everything very quickly.

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Annie was a responsive host. We organised airport transfer with her and that made our trip seamless and stress free. The apartment building had great facilities with a lovely rooftop deep pool and moderate gym. The apartment was mostly clean but not 100% spotless but still was very good. The shower head and bathtub require maintenance as one shower head can’t be mounted and the other shower head was flimsy. Excellent location. 5-10 minutes walking to diamond plaza, book street, cathedral. Highly recommend this accommodation.

The room was so clean and everything was perfect. The host responded quickly, and the room was so pretty and clean, so it was pleasant and nice!

Everything was fine. It was not very clean, although I asked for a good cleaning since I was with small children. And there was a smell of cigarettes.

Great place, view, location, modern, spacious, clean, and no bugs. However, the AC leaks a bit of water when running for a while, so don't put your laptop under the AC ventilation to be safe.
