Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Da Kao

Our first stop in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh is huge and a bit crazy. However Hong's hospitality was so welcoming she made us feel at home right away. The accommodation is off a pretty quiet street with plenty of shops/restaraunts and bars. Hong gave us 15 min tour of her neighbourhood - telling us about the best places to eat, where the banks are and where the super market was. We booked 3 nights originally but ended up staying 5 as we felt so comfortable there. We did pur washing free of charge! Hong will clean the shared bathroom every day. AC is top tier. Couldn't reccomend it enough!

Phoenix’s place was perfect for us. Between the location, the cleanliness, the layout, and the communication, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room has its own bathroom. The AC was a welcome treat after walking in the summer heat. There were tons of restaurants and cafes to choose from right down the street. I worked remotely for a week and the Wi-Fi worked just fine. This Airbnb was our home base for a week and it was perfect!

Very nice and comfortable room, felt right at home. Great bonus was the laundry as we only had hand carry and had to repeat clothes in the hot weather. Drinkable water was also very easily accessible which was amazing. The place had some friendly guests and staff so it made our experience feel better and safer. Recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay in HCM. Only advice would be to clarify with the host which level you may stay on. It was okay for us but if you have problem with climbing stairs etc you may want to check in with the host in case you get assigned a room on a higher floor. Other than that all was good!

Loved our stay at this apartment. clean, comfy, and well-equipped. Good for family stay or group. It is Located in a quiet spot but still just a short walking distance to Duc Ba Church, Independence Palace, and tons of cafes and restaurants. A good balance of peace and central convenience.

Quite place in the heart of District 1. There are plenty of local restaurants around while the room is clean and secure. I'd definitely come back! Thank you

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Phuong. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien situé et offre une vue vraiment très jolie. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec des fourmis mais Phuong a été très réactive et a réglé le problème dans la journée ! Je ne peux que recommander ce logement.

Michel est un hôte exceptionnel par sa réactivité, son aide, son accueil et les services de laverie de linge au 5 ème étage. gratuit l'hôtel est équipé d'un ascenseur ce qui est vraiment super quand on a des gros bagages. l'endroit est calme et proche de toutes les commodités et l'hyper centre est très rapide d'accès avec un taxi très économique a Ho chi Minh. Je recommande très vivement l'hôtel de Michel.

We stayed in this apartment several times during a long trip to Vietnam and felt very much at home every time. The apartment has lots of light with large windows on two sides, the bed is very comfy and we liked the view. It is also exceptionally clean and cleaning service was provided during our stay. We also enjoyed the area, close to the river for evening walks and with lots of restaurants in walking distance or easily reachable by Grab. Any and Tien were very responsive to any questions we had, provided great recommendations for food in the area and were flexible about check in and check out times. Thanks a lot and we hope to be back soon!

probably the best long stay I had on Airbnb so far. The apartment is spacious, bright and comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent, with loads of various food options and great coffee shops. Hanh was always responsive and helpful. I would stay there again and again.

This is a really special place to stay, less like a hotel or a condo, and more like a homestay with a friend. The unit itself has some really thoughtful details that make it especially great, like power strips, blackout sliders built into the windows and door, and a comfy cushion you can put under your knees in bed or snuggle against if you’re a side sleeper. The unit is down an alley and up a flight of stairs, right next to a massage studio that closes in the early evening. So, even though it’s in a busy neighborhood, it’s still quite peaceful. The shared kitchen outside is a gorgeous garden space where you’ll just want to hang out and chat with Tram and other guests, and it’s especially magic on a rainy day. Tram himself is a treat to chat with, and loves sharing both stories and homemade food with his guests. And on weekends, the landlord, who used to own a cafe in the space Tram converted into this unit, stops by to make coffee for everyone! This is just a great place to stay.

i come here many times everything was perfect and big screen is good

good for a longer term stay, well equipped, has pretty much everything you could need. responsive hosts, located close to airport with cheap transport through grab to anywhere you could want. my only complaint would be occasionally noisy neighbours but this is no inherent fault of the property and noise pollution is common in vietnam so giving 5 stars

On quiet street and lots of local eats on the bottom floor. Great location near bars, restaurants, street eats, live music and park. Unit itself is spacious, clean, good wifi and cold aircon. Only small complaint is I was on the upper unit and had to traverse a steep set of steal steps. Not ideal if you have small children or are physically challenged.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
