Holiday rentals with a kayak in Czechia

Our stay at this 14th-century master mill was nothing short of magical. The house itself is incredibly cosy, with a charming blend of historical character and modern comfort. It’s thoughtfully equipped with plenty of activities, which is a blessing when you’re tucked away in such a peaceful, remote location. One of the highlights for us was the delightful company of the resident cats and rabbits—they added such a warm and homely touch to the experience. We were also thrilled with the mill’s proximity to a beautiful castle and scenic hiking grounds, which provided the perfect opportunity to explore the surrounding area. We were fortunate enough to spend New Year’s Eve here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was serene and enchanting, making it a truly unforgettable way to start the year. If you’re looking for a unique, quiet retreat steeped in history, surrounded by nature, and with fantastic nearby landmarks, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!

Prag ve Dresdene yakın bir konumda olması bizim için çok keyifliydi. Penny markete ulaşımda arabayla çok kolaydı. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, heryer temiz ve düzenliydi.

Wir sind sehr spontan angereist, was absolut kein Problem war. Die Gegend war super schön und die Unterkunft sehr einladend, wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt.

Nádherné ubytování v přírodě s krásným výhledem na okolí. Vhodné pro dovolenou, až jsme si říkali, že je škoda, že jsme nezůstali o něco déle. Milý a přívětivý hostitel byl jen pomyslná třešnička na dortu. Určitě bychom se někdy v budoucnu rádi vrátili.

Krásné ubytování přímo u rybníka. Majitel byl velmi ochotný a milý. Skvělé pro odpočinek! Moc doporučujeme!

Filip’s home is very inviting, close to mountains, ski slopes and lakes. Cycling infrastructure by the surrounding lakes, at the of visit, was being built but already walkable. Sauna works wonderfully the dip bath is great. Ine can a dog no problem. It was a treat.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders der Holzofen macht das Wohnzimmer im Winter sehr gemütlich. Der Kontakt mit Petr war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Hezké ubytování v soukromí. Vybavení, vše co člověk potřebuje. Navíc rychlá a vstřícná komunikace s majitelem.

Ich kann die Unterkunft von Mart‘as sehr empfehlen, vor allem wenn man einen entspannten, ruhigen und privaten Urlaub plant. Der Whirlpool, Lagerfeuerplatz, die Sauna und der direkte Zugang zum See sind echte Pluspunkte! Mart‘as ist sehr freundlich und war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Es waren tolle vier Tage voller Ruhe , Sonne und Erholung. Die Einrichtung so schön gemütlich, mein Platz in der Hängeschaukel unbezahlbar. Die Betten mega bequem, Simon stehts erreichbar. Danke für die guten Ausflug Tipps. Das leckere extra für uns gebackene Brot ❤️Ich komme sehr gerne mit meinen Mädels das nächste mal wieder. 10/10

Komunikace před a ubytování samotné proběhlo naprosto v pořádku. Hostitelka je velmi ochotná a dala nám dobré tipy co navštívit v okolí. Ubytování je na poklidném místě uprostřed vesnice. Ubytování je ideální jako základna pro výlety/cyklovýlety v Posázaví. Chalupa je trochu menší s malou kuchyňkou, která je vybavena na rychlé vaření a nabízí komorní posezení pře budovou.

Très joli cottage dans un endroit très paisible. A la hauteur de nos attentes. Et accès à Nove Mesto Na Morave très pratique même si un peu de route. Convient très bien pour un séjour familiale.

Der Aufenthalt bei Petr war traumhaft. Nicht nur ist er aufmerksam und kommunikativ, sondern empfindet man ein Gefühl der Glückseligkeit in seiner Gegenwart. Aus unserem Aufenthalt können wir nur folgendes als Fazit ziehen: Dieser Aufenthalt war grandios!

5 Sterne-Aufenthalt trotz kleinen Mankos: Es sind unglaublich viele Spinnenweben, vor allem in der Pergola, aber auch im ganzen Haus. Für mich mit meiner Phobie im ersten Moment schlimm. Mit der Zeit habe ich mich daran gewöhnt. Die Matratzen ausgelegen und dünn. Ein Küchenschrank riecht stark. Zu den absolut positiven, erwähnenswerten Seiten: Die Lage, das Haus, die Spielmöglichkeiten, der Garten, Grill, Sitzmöglichkeiten am See… einfach traumhaft!!! Wir würden wieder kommen! Blato, ein schönes Örtchen mit vielen Möglichkeiten drum herum. Unter dem Strich: ein ganz toller Aufenthalt!

Tolle kleine Hütte! Perfekt für einen entspannten Wanderurlaub.

Had a great time staying in this warm, cimfortable and inviting home; one full of charm & character. Cozy:) Felt right at home. The only thing missing was an extra dish towel and a cutting board. Overall very please and satisfied ❤️🫶🙏
