Cottage holiday rentals in Cyprus

Richard and Monique are true superhosts. They are very thoughtful and available at all times. Everything in the house was arranged for our comfort and convenience. We had everything we needed—from kitchen accessories and a grill to a coffee machine and even board games! The hot tub was the cherry on top 😁. There’s a small chance you might lock yourself out by closing the main door, but Richard and Monique provided three keys, which is more than enough.! Just to be safe, I’d recommend always leaving a key in the lockbox. The only minor drawback is the lack of on-premises parking; cars must be parked on the street. However, we had no issues, and nearly everyone in the area does the same, so it shouldn’t be a problem. I highly recommend this beautiful, cozy house if you’re looking for a village home with a perfect view and great amenities!

This was our first trip to Cyprus, and to Arsos, and we certainly hope to come back! The village is small and charming - we enjoyed visiting the church, the little food market, and the restaurants, all just a few steps away. There are so many things to see within a 20 minute drive - the villages of Platres & Omodos were our favorites, along with the nearby wineries. The Arsos village streets are narrow and winding, so you'll need a little courage to drive in and out of town! The house is perfectly appointed and is a reflection of Mary's family's hospitality. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and enjoyed playing games by the fire, watching movies, sitting in the hot tub, and soaking up the sunshine outside. Communication with Mary was outstanding, and the house feels brand new and sparkling clean. We are Airbnb hosts ourselves, and can't say enough good about our 3 nights at Kantara house. We hope to come back!

A fantastic stay and everything was seamless from start to finish. Lovely pool area, plenty of space, air con in every room, well equipped kitchen. David available if necessary but not needed. 3 min drive into the village with plenty of amenities. Already talking about coming back!

An amazing place to stay in a fantastic village. The apartment has all a family could need. The kids loved playing in the hot tub in the day and the adults could relax in the evening.

What a lovely place to stay, my partner and I enjoyed the view, the private location. Chris was a friendly guy who gave us great recommendations for dining out and boat trips. The villa had everything we needed, the bbq was amazing and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything thought of. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Good opportunity for absolutely peace and quite, stargazing, fireplace winter experience

My friends and I had a super stay in Ifolia. We were met in the village square by the lovely Carolyn who showed us up to the house. The view from both verandas was just spectacular. The house was fantastic, equipped with everything you need. It was clean and cosy. The information pack has all the details you'll need to make the most of your stay. Pissouri itself is a lovely wee village with great places to eat both in the village and down on the jetty. We just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be looking at availability for Ifolia next time we visit Cyprus.

We had the pleasure of spending some wonderful days at the Kochini villa in Nea Dimmata – an absolutely comfortable house with amazing sea view, large balconies and spacious open spaces. The villa is well equipped: an excellently furnished kitchen, two separate bedrooms with air conditioning and a modern, stylish bathroom. The entire decor is welcoming, functional and designed with a lot of love for detail. We felt like at home from the first moment. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility and proximity to the sea and beach – a perfect place to relax. The communication with Evridiki was warm, professional and straightforward at all times. We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at Villa King X. The villa had a mid stay clean with clean linen and towels. The villa information book is very useful. We had a very enjoyable stay and will return. Car is essential as Villa is , in my opinion, too far away to walk down to Latchi. The hosts are exceptional .

A wonderful authentic experience that provides great value. Great breakfast and a great restaurant run by a local family. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Amalia Panorama house is a unique place right in the middle of a wonderful landscape on the top of a hill. The surrounding views are stunning. The house is wonderful and has been kept original by the family to preserve its identity. Everything is as it should be. Come here if you want to be greeted like friends and spend your time in an authentic place in the wonderful lands of Cyprus.

We stayed at Christos and Christina's place for a week. We had a great time at Christos lovely apartment. The apartment and the garden are a great place to relax, there are many toys for children. Furthermore, Christos is an amazing host. He welcomed us warmly gives great recommendations (see his profile) and his dogs are extremely nice. We enjoyed our stay at George’s place soo much! The house was in a beautiful village, 10-15 minutes drive from Governor’s beach (great peaceful beach, with shower, changing cabin and free sun-beds). The house itself was so authentic, with beautiful terrace, gorgeous Pomegranate tree and everything you need (air-conditioning, all kitchen equipment etc.). George was a great host, always very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Cannot recommend this stay enough!

We had a great stay with four kids. Loved the pool, and the game room was useful. Tranquil, quiet location.

We had a great time in this villa and we all loved the swimming pool. Quiet, beautiful and with lovely views out of every top floor window. You are surrounded by fruit trees everywhere. The caretaker quickly responded to any issues we had. Latchi is really close by, a fun beach and great ice cream. Also good for exploring the national park and the hills. Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic stay at this secluded gem of a house! Quiet and beautiful views of the foothills of Troodos and surrounding areas. The traditional house is charming and well equipped with everything, and Fedonas and Pedros were excellent hosts. Really good communication from start to finish! Highly recommended

The chalet is in the gardens of a much larger house of the host which are beautifully kept providing plenty of shade during the heat of the day. The swimming pool area is amazing complete with sunbeds, chairs and parasols. The chalet is on one floor with a well equipped kitchen and dining area, sauna, bathroom and bedroom. The hosts were superb providing beers, water, sandwiches on our arrival and even drove us into the town when taxis were hard to book. Although we rated it as a 5 star property and would come again, two minor issues affected my wife who has mobility problems that of a lack of a comfortable chair and, the bed in the alcove which had a small space to both sides making it difficult to stand up on occasion. Overall, great hosts, superb surroundings and a must for sauna lovers 😁👍🙏
