Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. We had a great time! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved that it was close to multiple beaches so we could explore - Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and more. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hanging out in the outdoor area. My son even caught some catfish off the dock. The game room was perfect for evenings when we needed a break from the sun. Highly recommend and have already had requests from friends & family to share the listing!

I would stay here again! The pictures were accurate. The place was beautiful and clean. Right on a lake. Jodi and Jeff were always responsive and friendly. It was near FGcU and close to my daughter’s work. The only negative was the gate. We had to give our license every time. But i did feel it was very safe. We would definitely recommend this place!

This was our 2nd time staying at Kari’s place. It was amazing again! The property is turn key and has everything you could possibly need. If you think you need to pack it, it’s probably already there. From fishing on the dock to swimming in the pool and just relaxing there are so many amenities. We also utilized one of the kayaks this time and it was super nice! Don’t hesitate when deciding on this property, it is a must see. You won’t be disappointed!

Ricardo’s place in Cape Coral is amazing. You feel right at home. The house was so clean and smelled great upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. He even has a box fan in the master bedroom closet! The private screened in pool, grill, and the Sun loungers were the best part of the place. So relaxing and beautiful. We saw a burrowing owl on the top of the screen on our first night! The neighbors are very friendly too! I would recommend that you stay here. It’s amazing for a great deal too compared to others in the area. Very close to fort myers, sanibel island, and lovers key beach as well. There is also beach umbrellas and chairs in the garage which came in handy for the UV 11!! Along with sandcastle supplies as well! If you stay here i recommend you dine at the Mastello Ristorante and Steakhouse!! Only 10 minutes away with out of this world service and food. Fantastically comfortable and convenient to everything. This is our fourth and last year down to Fort Myers, and the apartment was everything we could have hoped for. Host was was responsive and flexible. We particularly appreciated having items we could use for the beach and around town like chairs and a cooler.

It was great. Super clean and a very close uber to a lot of surrounding areas.

Very clean and nice place!

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

I stayed at apartment 4 at this property. It's also very private and I never felt like I was on display while being outside in the common area. It's gated and the gates are solid metal facing the road. It's perfectly set up to handle 1 guest or a small family. Everything was very immaculate, and clean. The pool was absolutely enjoyable every day of my trip, salt water floating is amazing! While I was there my air conditioner went out. It was 90 degrees outside and so the Hosts allowed me to change rooms. I ended up in room 1. This room was set up and just as clean as room 4. If I ever come back to the Cape I will for sure stay at this property. Be aware the ocean is 2.2 miles away. I rented an Ebike while I was there and drove back and forth to the Yahct Beach Club. There are bike lanes and only 1 major intersection to cross from this property to the beach. Grocery stores are close by and offer quick food in the deli, too. Stay here, greats Hosts, beautiful place, 10 out of 10!

When folks enjoy hospitality it is obvious. Bear Necessities is a wonderful AirBnB. The kitchen is functional and well equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the whole apartment is lovely. The bear theme is well done and fun, but not over done. Charlotte and I van are excellent hosts. Lots of thoughtful touches to show that they want you to enjoy your stay. The location was good for us as we don’t really enjoy being in the busy parts of town. We enjoyed the quiet.

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

Natalie’s place we clean, comfortable and close to plenty of stores and resturants. It’s also close to the beaches of Sanibel Island and Ft Myers. This is a great location for a Ft Myers vacation.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

This apartment was lovely and spotless. My family and I had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo is very private and quiet. The beach is very close even though we got rough seas but weather was nice. Highly recommend this place.

Caihlin was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions/concerns. The place was just as beautiful as the pictures showed and we enjoyed everything about it. There were plenty of beach items to use, so we didn't need to purchase anything to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of games to play, books to read and even a drawer full of extra batteries for the TV remote if needed. We even had access to their 2 bikes and took an enjoyable morning bike ride into Fort Myers beach. You will not be disappointed at all with your stay.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Condo was very nice, clean, and updated. It had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! We were a little bummed that the balcony didn’t face the water, it faces the parking lot but we still were able to see from the side. The beach was great, private and we saw a lot of manatees and dolphins very close up. The bridge that is being built was interesting to watch and once completed, the views will be even better! Definitely a cute little place to stay! Owners were great and very responsive! Overall, it was a very fun 2 weeks!!
