Vivians place was exactly how she described it, the home was outfitted very nice and neighborhood was in great location. I would highly recommend this home and ill be booking again when I return.

The most important thing is quick communication and to get any issues resolved ASAP and Nikky is there for you 24/7. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Ana was a great host- always responsive, timely in getting back to me, and we had very little we needed from her because she provided great instructions before check in and check out. Our family really enjoyed this property- we had 5 kids and 4 adults, and they provided everything we needed for the baby and had it all set up and ready to go. I'd suggest to someone in the future for anyone with an infant to park the pack-and-play in the back room- it's a little further away from anyone who is still up and enjoying the space in the main area. We would stay here again- the house was beautiful, just like the pictures, and Ana was a fantastic host! 5 stars!

I had a great stay at Sam’s place! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. Sam was an incredibly patient and accommodating host—my flight was delayed three times, and I didn’t arrive until after 11:00 PM, and he was still kind and understanding throughout. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Houston. Be was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. There were a couple of times we needed to reach out to her and she was responsive and helpful. Overall, everything you need to know is on Airbnb. The home was as described and exceeded expectations we had from the listing. The kitchen is super well appointed - stocked with starter supplies needed for those who need coffee first thing in the morning. The bedrooms very comfortable. The bathrooms all renovated with modern fixtures. The place we loved the most was the outdoor area. Many doors out to the backyard, beautiful pool, several seating areas, all very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Within a few miles, were a lot of restaurants and retail outlets. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for this kind of home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David's home. The house was clean, and everything as advertised online was available when we checked in. Thank you for being such a perfect host. We will definitely, plan on staying at this location the next time we are in that part of the Houston area!

LOVED IT. Amazing stay! we felt right at home and it was surprisingly very kid friendly, the beds were really comfy and they had everything we needed for our stay. we were really happy about the shaded area outside and kids slide, our babies were able to enjoy being outside without the sun hitting them directly. we will book with them again when we visit Houston.

This place was beautiful! We took our seniors for their Senior Class Trip. Bryan was very accommodating. We unexpectedly needed to check in earlier than planned. He worked it out with no issues. The kids loved the pool and fire pit. We couldn’t keep most of them off the ping pong table. We had a few bumps while there. The washer and stove went out. However, Bryan was very proactive. He had someone there in no time. He also checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well! This is what a Airbnb stay should be like. Sure, everything will not be perfect. But with a host like this, it sure felt like it!!! Thanks again for the beautiful stay!

Excellent service, communication, preparation, and preparation. We used this property as a sales team base in the area for a blitz and team building location. Worked out perfectly!

Stayed her a few nights with some friends and had an absolute blast! The house was amazing and we loved the hot tub. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall amazing stay!

Khanh and Ha house was everything my friends and I expected. Decided to do a local bachelor party here in Houston. It was fun! Definitely played pickleball, basketball, and the pool was so nice to jump into after the summer heat. The inside was also awesome! The karaoke room was a great addition to the home. We definitely enjoyed that late at night. All in all awesome home. What’s even better was that khanh and ha were great at communicating. Any time we would have a question it would take no longer than 30 min for them to get back to us if not it was quick. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to other friends and family. Beautiful and peaceful Clean and comfortable Just what we needed Highly recommend

We booked last minute coming down to move my daughter back to Illinois. They graciously accepted our last minute reservation. The place was perfect for what we needed and in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii if you are looking for a nearby shop. We went there every morning. The toilet wasn't filling when we arrived and they fixed it right away.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was cozy and made us feel right at home. Billy was incredibly responsive and took great care of us. Highly recommend!

The house was well maintained , all bedrooms and baths were neat and clean. Did not have issues with check-in, it was easy and smooth process as well as the check-out. The area was peaceful no complications and it does seem time to get to certain attractions, but if planned well me and my friends did not have any issues getting to places on time.

We enjoyed the stay, no issues here. This is a simple 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house with everything you expect from an airbnb. If you're looking for an easy, normal, standalone house then this is a good choice.

Five hour drive to Katy, TX but luckily found the best place to spend the weekend at! Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and neighborhood were all comforting and flawless. Amazing features including endless TV providers and a game room for our kids. Great communication from the host regarding any questions during our stay. All in all 10/10!

Great house and amazing stay

Great little house to stay at, just outside of Houston and so worth it. Nice quiet neighborhood in a good area. The place was clean and looked like the pictures, brand new house too. The fenced yard was great for my pup to roam freely, Roland also left two bowls and puppy pads in case they were needed. Roland responded quickly and was always polite. Would definitely stay here again.
