We had a great stay here while we went to the Hay Festival. Everything in the house was perfect and a beautiful canal right at the front door! Thanks Jake.

Valley View

ClareRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such a wonderful stay at Steve’s place for our short family holiday. The views were absolutely out of this world, truly breathtaking and something we’ll never forget. The accommodation itself was clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The outside space was just as beautiful, with a lovely garden and the highlight being the pagoda and fire pit area. It was the perfect spot to enjoy an evening fire with a glass of wine, wrapped up in the peaceful surroundings. A huge thank you to Steve for his warm hospitality and for making us (including our beautiful dog) feel so welcome and at home. We’d love to return one day!

Hillside Cosy Country Cottage

LisaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in ‘The Well’ - the cottage was clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor garden space and stunning views. The well equipped kitchen was great though could do with a few more cooking essentials and more serving dishes or bowls. We couldn’t find anywhere to leave food waste, but all other recycling was very easy. The selection of books in the small window was a lovely touch, some playing cards and games would also be useful. The location was beautiful with fabulous walks from your doorstep. Living room settee was very comfortable. Lisa responded quickly when we told her we could do with some cooking oil, salt + pepper, as we didn't bring our own, and she dropped some round for us. Overall a fab stay. Couldn't stop looking at the awesome mountain views.

Llanthony Castaway, Adrift at the Dome

We absolutely loved our stay at the dome and are recommending it to our friends. Was a perfect reset from city life to relax in the countryside. Surrounding area was stunning and made it better knowing we had a lovely spot to come back to after a long walk. I would love to come again in the autumn one day as well.

Self-contained suite in Country House Crickhowell

StevenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is our second visit whilst attending an event in Crickhowell and we were very happy to return.Helen was flexible as we were arriving very late in the evening. The self contained annex is ideal for those visiting the area with walks from the door. Whilst there is no kitchen as such (there are several great pubs with restaurants within walking distance, not to mention a microbrewery and craft ale tap room), there is a microwave and toaster and a lovely welcome pack is provided with everything needed for breakfast including cereal, bread and yoghurts and croissant. The Welsh cakes were also very welcome! Thanks again Helen for another lovely stay, we look forward to returning again soon!
