I can't say enough to recommend this to others if they get a chance to visit the hidden gem that is Elizabeth City. It's in the heart of the little city, and it's a private part of their entertainment enterprise. It was a Beer Garden night when I arrived, and my first beer was their treat to welcome me there. Still despite the karaoke going on downstairs, this little apartment was very quiet. And everything calmed down at a reasonable hour. The neighborhood itself is tucked away and it felt very peaceful the rest of the time. It was a perfect hang for a couple of nights on the Inner Banks. I can't wait to return.

The apartment was amazing! Checkin instructions were thorough and easy to follow, even included a picture to make it foolproof. The apartment was everything it said in the add. On entry, it was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer were great. The location was amazing. In the downtown area, surrounded by restaurants. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Elizabeth City.

The studio apartment was just as described. It had everything we needed. We loved the downtown location, the proximity to restaurants and shops, and the ease of getting in and out of the building. We also appreciated the assigned parking space. We definitely recommend Donnie’s place!

The cabin was clean and well managed. There was enough beds to sleep 6 and if we consider the sofa bed it can be 8. The location is good and very near to shops and restaurants. The only limitation would be the low and slanted ceiling in the living room and foyer. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was a super cute room that was clean and decorated well. There are many restaurants, places to shop, and things to do within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful host, easy to communicate and get in touch with. You get a lot for the money here, condo was clean, had everything we needed, the pool/recreations area was such a bonus, we loved it!! The area around is filled with lots of restaurants, shops, sights, and of course the beach! Wonder time in OBX!! Thank you so much!! Would gladly stay again!

This condo is in a great location (within walking distance of the beach and local stores)! The condo is also close to the lighthouse. The hosts provided really quality kitchenware (which is a rarity at AirBNBs and a great bonus), a working vacuum (which again, was a rarity and great bonus for those of us who like to clean up), board games, clean/comfortable beds, more than enough starter items and very helpful recommendations! We would recommend this to anyone looking to have a relaxing OBX vacation!

Beautiful home and very spacious. Lynn was very helpful and came very late at night to help us with a lock box issue. Very close to the beach and had lots of beach items provided

We enjoyed our stay despite the uncooperative weather. The amenities were very nice! The sport complex, which has the indoor pool, closes at 7PM unless you’re an owner. That was a little disappointing for my daughter, but wasn’t a show stopper. The house had plenty of room for us. There was 6 adults and one child in our group. We could have comfortably had another couple join us. I liked that 3 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom with showers. The kitchen and living room are on the third floor which could be a problem if you’re not a fan of stairs, but we didn’t mind. All in all I was very happy with the house and amenities. We really liked the area and had a great trip!

Great house! Very clean, and all rooms are a nice size with private bathrooms. Fairly new home with a modern look in comparison to a lot of other older and outdated homes in the area. Easy walk to clubhouse pool and sound front dock for sunset views. Quick drive to public beach access. The playground next to the clubhouse/pool is a hit if you have kids :)

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The space was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what really stood out was how the host went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing week. They were incredibly responsive and genuinely cared that everything went smoothly. Ms.Heather really made our last family trip special. Thank you! :)

House was beautifully maintained and was a great space to start with my family. Easy central access to many outer banks locations and pool access was a great alternative when ocean swimming conditions weren’t right with the kids. Looking forward to our next trip as we all said we wanted to stay longer.

We had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space everyone, we had a great time challengingveach other to fuz ball, and we were a short walk away from the beach. We also enjoyed the natural setting behind the house as well as being a minute away from the 4 wheel drive beach and the nature preserve!

Eli responded to our questions very fast. The house is spacious than the expected. A very convenient place for the beach and other places. Not too close not very far.

Our family of 9 adults and 3 kids really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time at OBK, we had awesome time. It is rare to find a house with 5 king size beds, each room has own bathroom. Swimming pool/ hot tub was great. The open space of kitchen/ living/ dining area was great. We loved having two refrigerators and oven that has air fry function. Having an access to the resort facility was an added bonus. We cooked most of meal, had enough cooking pots/ plates and so forth. We do hope to visit again!

Our stay was wonderful. We had a decently large group of 10 people, all of which were accommodated well. The Livingroom and Kitchen space was perfect for the group to gather and hang out. The balconies also made for a lovely relaxing stay. The location is perfect and we spent most of our time walking around duck or to the beach. The host responded back to any questions we had in good time, and this helped us to both prepare for the stay and be accommodated during. I would 100% stay again!

House was very nice, spacious and homey. Couch and living space was very comfortable, lots of games and nice TV. Beach was walkable and home was close to stores on the main road, easy access to walking path. Everything was as described except for the paper towels. A knife broke while being used and part of the kitchen floor was chipped. He was trusting to rent to our group of 18-year-olds. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this great house.
